"I Ordered 144 shot glasses from their other company Imprint.com for a wedding and received them in Dec. Wedding was in January 2020. Upon receipt of glasses everything on the surface looked good. It wasn't until after the wedding when I washed my glasses the imprint washed off. I opened a ticket and was told I had 7 days to file a complaint. I explained several times to Nathan that they were wedding souvenirs and we had no idea that the product was defective until after the wedding. He said again I had a 7 day window to complain. I told him I was only asking for half the refund because we did get shot glasses, but we shouldn't have to pay for defective print. His solution was to give me a 10% discount up to $50 on next order . I was insulted and offended. You don't want to stand behind your product, but you want me to spend more money. There are lemon laws for cars and there should be something for this. I will NEVER use this company again and recommend anyone who orders something with an imprint think twice. This has happened before on other items, but it was over a period of time. I reccomend you do not do business with neither of their companies. They were sent pictures of shot glasses and only comment was it's in our terms and agreement that we only honor request within a 7 day calendar window. Who does not accept ownership for a defective product. Very disappointed in them. I tried to speak with a supervisor, but they only would communicate through text. Think twice about using them for souvenirs purposes. The wedding was simply beautiful, but it will forever have a stain on it because we gave out souvenirs that washed off. I tried several times to give them an opportunity to make it right, but they chose not to. All they could say was 7 days up"

We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have faced but please know that we have looked into your order and it seems that your claim was denied because you filed the complaint way well after the 7 day claim period so our service representatives had no choice but to deny your claim since we only accept claims within 7 days of a customer receiving their order which is stated in our terms and conditions. We hope you understand that at this point there is nothing we can do since you filed the claim after such a long time, we would have considered your claim even if it was a day or two after the claim period but since it was filed after a month there is nothing we could do.
