"I still haven't received my order but the company has terrible customer support, tries to double charge you for proofs after telling you that you're allowed to transfer it over, constantly has problems with the simplest of things. Don't go here if you want a stress free option for wristbands. I advise you to try literally any other website. 24 Hour Wristbands and Imprint.com (which is the initial website I used but my order got moved to 24 Hour) are going to make your life miserable. I can get banners, shirts, and cards printed and delivered in the time it takes this website to approve something for printing."
"The product itself was goodbut the customer service was AWFUL. I ordered koozies for my wedding, paid for rush production, U.S. production (they said if it was produced in the U.S. instead of China it was a guarantee) and also paid for rush shipping. I checked before ordered that if for any reason they did not come in on time that I would get a full refund to which they said yes, if for whatever reason they did not arrive on time I would get my money back. They were supposed to arrive Friday before the wedding instead arrived the Monday after. While UPS did mis-sort it which caused the missed delivery date, I had no need for koozies for a wedding that had already passed. I called the customer service and was told to submit a ticket and somebody else would call me as they couldn't process returns, that's fine with me. But when I was called, I was informed the best they could do was give me a partial refund since it was not their fault but it was UPS's fault. I told him I checked before ordering and was told that it was a guarantee or money back, not a guaranteed, but if it's not their fault then I don't get my money back. He said he would call me back.He called me hours later and said the best he could do now was a full refund but store credit, to which I still declined because I was told it was guaranteed or my money back. He talked over me most of the time, even though I was very calm and nice even. He said he would call me back. Again, he called me back and was very short, said he sent a FedEx label to have it shipped back to them for a full refund back to my card. Fast forward two weeks after dropping it off at FedEx, it has been sitting at their Houston, TX location for a week waiting for 24hourwristbands to schedule delivery. I called this morning and was told a manager would call me back. Manager called and was not understanding that it was shipped back to them through FedEx (a little concerned at this point that I'm not getting my money back and also won't have any product). After explaining to him for a third time that I dropped it off at FedEx two weeks ago and that it has been waiting for them to schedule a delivery for a week not he said he would call FedEx and said thank you an hung up. ????? So we will see if he calls back and how this plays out, but I'm not too confident."

"Ordered a set of wristbands for an event. Paid for 24 hour production and rush shipping to arrive 3 days before the event. With 2 calls to their support team the day the order was scheduled to arrive, I was assured my order would arrive the next day, 2 days before the event. I called the next day and was told that the order would not make it and if I had called sooner, they could have helped.
I explained how I had already called and tried to resolve this, but their team more or less brushed me off. Once it was too late to do anything, they refused to let me speak to a supervisor, refused to have one call me back, refused to honor the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee stamp on their website, and offered 15% of the rush shipping fee as refund for my troubles.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a business."
