They say they can't figure out where the product was and if they were able to find it, I should be able to receive the product on Tuesday 11/5. So I canceled the order because the product is no good to me on Tuesday. Surprised! I get the product today, Tuesday, November 5! Our event was yesterday and they send me the product today. What a smart company.... I called to complain and ask for FULL REFUND and they say they will only offer a refund for the shipping cost. I told them to keep the money. This company is run by crooks...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
