"We paid the highest rush fee they offer and our order was delayed not once but twice! I had to approve a proof, approve it again, and when the order finally arrived two (2) weeks late, the inside of the wristbands are blue on blue instead of silver lettering on a blue background as our proof shows. The website say's they don't outsource work to China like their competitors do - guess what, our order was outsourced to China! Customer service reps read from a script of excuses and tried to blame us for choosing to have our product produced in china, blamed us for thinking the inside would be as the proof showed, and blamed the government of China for shipping delays. Absolute horrible service with more horrible customer service! NO PROBLEM taking our money though!!!! "
