"Pay no attention to my login name; it's from a review that I did a few years ago for another company and I can't figure out how to change it.

Now, about 2Cool Tek. I sent a request for information with a question about an item and a request for a shipping estimate with a particular carrier. In about an hour I got a response from Tim with an answer to my question, the shipping estimate, and a suggestion to use a different carrier which would deliver in the same amount of time and save me some money.

I ordered the part Tuesday night (after hours) and it was delivered on Friday.

That's what I call service!"

I ordered them on 01/06/08 and received them on 01/14/08. The shipping method was UPS Ground. I would order from this store again."

"Slight problem with the first order attempt, the website did not charge shipping and 2 days later I received an email canceling the order. No request for adding shipping, just canceled it. When I returned to order, one item was out of stock that was available for the first order attempt. The reorder (minus one item) was shipped promptly and came fast. Good prices, and unique selection of items. I will try them again, hopefully the shipping issue will not recur."

"I ordered a Spire Pacific Breeze Notebook Cooler (SKU SP300-NEB). Compared to other merchants, 2CoolTek had the lowest price including low-cost shipping. I was a bit hesitent since I never heard of 2CoolTek before but placed the order anyway since it was only $19 total. I placed and paid for my order with PayPal and two days later received notification the item was shipped. I've become used to same-day or next-day shipping but two-days between the order being placed and actual shipping date isn't bad. I also received tracking info which was very convenient. The item was received on time and worked brilliantly. Good first experience!"

"I place an order on or about 3/18/04, and received an E-mail my credit card was declined. I then ordered from another vendor and received items OK with even free shipping. The next month I received a package from 2CoolTek,with two of the four items not the ones I had attempted to order. I called the vendor and asked why he sent the order, did not get a satisfactory answer, felt a little sorry for him,asked for a partial refund, gave him my cc again, got nothing!
