"Experience was good until the order shipped to the wrong address. I, my fault, did not read the shipping policy prior to ordering. So billed to one address and entered another to ship to. they shipped it to the billing address causing me to have to make a 60 mile one way(120 mile round trip) to pick up a fan that I paid shipping for to my place....and making a system I was trying to finish late by 2 days...NOT GOOD. I emailed the company and said I was just curious why they ignored the shipping address...and he emailed me back and said "I have no way to know if the address is listed with your credit card company, other than if you state that on the order comments. I have no problem shipping to a different address if you provide a reason, otherwise I cannot take the risk."
They did not point me to the shipping policy, but I figured if it was in the policy then it was my fault....but I go to the shipping policy and guess what it says? (I saved the page to computer also)....."Shipping/Handling Policy:
NOTE: If the billing/shipping address are different, I will REQUIRE an explanation in the "Comments" section or via e-mail, otherwise I will delete the order. Sorry, too much fraud out there... "
I would have had no problem if they DELETED the order as the policy states, I would simply have ordered elsewhere and had it to my door. But instead of canceling as their policy states, they shipped it anyway to the wrong address....
If a company is going to hold to part of their policy then stick to ALL of it... If you are going to ship it anyway when you say you will delete the order then override the rest of your policy and ship it to the ship to address.
I won't shop here again for the reason above, they don't adhere to their own policies in full, and by his own admission, they have no way to prevent or confirm that credit card fraud won't happen....this is not good. THis is an open door for credit card fraud....especially if all one has to put in comments is that they shipping address is on the credit card and this company has no way of verifying it , by his own admisssion......So I have paid for shipping to an address and did not receive the services, plus my customer does not get what he ordered when he ordered it....what does that equal?....t
UPDATE....AVOID THIS SELLER IF YOU DO NOT LIKE DEALING WITH DISHONESTY>....This guy is not telling the truth. I admitted to shipping to a different address...I also pointed out that his policy was to delete orders with no notes in the comments box on an order when shipping to diff address. So he SHOULD HAVE deleted it according to his own policies and by his own admission below violated his own policy. NOW THE LIE>..I DID NOT CONTACT THIS GUY AND DEMAND ANOTHER SHIPMENT....HE IS lying..below is the only email I sent him and his reply....this should suffice to show the dishonesty of this vendor...

No where in there did I demand a new shipment...showing this guy is dishonest . "I have placed two orders with them, 10 days apart! My first shipment came quickly (ordered saturday, shipped monday afternoon, arrived thursday from FL to PA). There were no problems with them. The website did not have a tracking number so I emailed 2cooltek and got a reply very quickly.
My second shipment came within the same time frame, but there was a problem with the products. I don't think it was from shipment because the packaging was very secure, so it must be manufacturer's defect.
But, no big deal, 2cooltek is very good about returns (at least for the cold cathode fans that i ordered). Should have my new ones in a few days!"
"Ordered a fan controller and a cold cathode 80 mm fan at about 11:30 monday morning for 3 day shipping. Site says all orders before 12 are sent that day, I expected being that close to 12 it wouldn't make it.

ORDERING - Fast, easy, and quick. Very good. Only negative on this side is that they dont let you preview how much shipping will cost and that they dont give you a tracking number directly. But thats nothing compared to the other stuff.
SHIPPING - Good, using FedEx. From Florida - NJ in 2 and 1/2 days using Express Saver. Packaging was also pretty good but lacked cushioning.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - Great. Emailed 2cooltek asking about a tracking #, and literally 5-10 min later, I got an email with the tracking number. Good job Ian.

The only detail is that the package was shipped to the billing address instead of the shipping address, after stating my reasons for the different addresses AND certifying my shipping address with the CC company.
