"I requested the item be shipped to my work address (not my home address) and the reseller decided to choose to ship it to my home address without my authorization or knowledege. FedEx tracking showed it was signed for but I never received the item. The seller requested I file a claim with FedEx and I did so; after that they did not get back to me for 3 days after 3 e-mails and so I registered to post on their forums. I posted on the forum and for a few days the seller seemed to be responding, but after they stopped posting I stated unless they get back in touch with me I will have to deny charges on the credit card and instead of contacting me they choose to delete my post from the forum, ban me from the forums and continue to ignore my posts!
I had been a loyal customer for 3 years and will never shop there again. I suggest you don't either.

Says he will provide partial refund when item is returned, but I have never received in order to return. Nasty emails about how he will and will not ship. Refuses to send replacement unit. After reading Ian's response and several other opinions about his business practices I feel that more needs to be said on this matter.
First of all, I could never on my worst day imagine myself accusing a customer of engaging in credit card fraud because I needed an item shipped somewhere other than my billing address--especially over a $12.00 cooling fan.
Secondly, I for one can respect a business' right not to take an order for whatever reason, and to place conditions in its shipping policy. However, in this instance conditions on gifts were not noted in the shipping policy--I for one look for information there before I place orders. If you aren't comfortable shipping to a different shipping address DON'T PROCESS THE ORDER!!!
I can see from other posts that many others have gone through similar experiences with this guy, but didn't always complain.
Once again, this is only a $12.00 fan...I make more than that in 10 minutes. Fortunately this happened to me, and not to a client or associate that ordered from 2cooltek on my recommendation.
And Ian, just remember that every day there are more and more professionals such as myself out there working and living on the road for months at a time, and chances are that they, like me, can't be sitting around the house waiting for FEDEX to show up. And ironically, I the whole reason I ordered this fan was because an old friend asked me for advice about controlling the heat on his laptop, and if he liked it I probably would have ordered a dozen or so for each of the laptops I have here on my current job--I may have been a good customer, because people who actually receive your products seem to like them--but now we will never know.
I have ordered literally hundreds of items with this credit card alone, and had them shipped to jobsites, hotels, and so forth in the past 12 month. I have yet to be ripped off--except by you!"
"Shipping is very bad to Canada , I ordered a couple of Cables , when ordering my shipping option said FEDEX , and after the order was process I got an e-mail saying it was shipped by fedex but no tracking number was there. I e-mailed asking about the tracking number and he said he shipped it with USPS , without even asking me , I needed these urgent , but I had to wait 3 weeks to get them because of the slow USPS service
RE: If my invoice said fedex it means I paid for fedex , I should`nt pay extra or notify you that I want them shipped by fedex when my Invoice clearly says Fedex. Canada is not "Overseas" it should have said International Orders. And still the whole ordering process is`nt right you should have customers choose shipping method and pay for it and that`s that , not have people e-mailing you."
