"Told me they were going to cancel my order with out calling me because my billing address didn’t match my shipping address extremely common I think we would all agree on that billing doesn’t have to match shipping lol. So I will say I did accidentally put the wrong zip code on the shipping but I emailed them the right zip code before they ever shipped the product before they ever even reached out to me same day I made the order actually so they had the information which all they had to do was look up the address and see what the zip code is anyway but whatever . They still couldn’t figure it out, so they wanted me to call my bank to get some billing information changed??? So then I point out hey this is the right address are you serious can you just fix it . And customer service replies word for word kris why are you still sending us these addresses we already canceled your order. I said because it’s an easy fix literally any company should be able to type this in leave a note get it worked out but don’t worry about I’ll call in a minute to get it figured out no need for a reply. Obviously this person was not helpful or just doesn’t care about doing the right thing a very easy thing to do at that. But here’s the best part I get a response back anyway it says “make your order somewhere else “. I don’t usually complain but what the hell. How poorly ran is this place. Your customer service is absolute trash . Very confusing then no body answered the phone when I called. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody!!!!"
“This person is not a customer, never purchased anything from Adept Powersports. Not sure why ResellerRatings allows this garbage to be posted here. This person also sounds extremely confused and he may need someone to help them shop online. The biggest giveaway that this is complete junk is the supposed quote "make your order somewhere else". Here we use proper grammar and if we wanted to tell a customer not to order from us, we would say something like "place your order somewhere else" or "order somewhere else". How does one "make" an order somewhere else? Orders are not made, they are placed. Clearly that's not a quote from us. Furthermore - we can always "figure out" when someone attempts to use a stolen credit card - please don't embarrass yourself. ”
