"Online ordering was simple and quick, package arrived when expected and in great condition"
"The item said in stock will ship in 1 day but it took 3 days to ship for some reason. Other than that Im still waiting on it to get here."
"Very satisfied with the turn around on shipping... I ordered the wrong part, so my only negative remark is... No retun info sent with my order. You will have to go back online, call get info to retun... A little bit of a pain, but if I had ordered the correct part I would not have one complaint."
"Came a day early. Great product. "
"Good communication via email"
"I got a good price on my tires and they shipped quickly. "
"After getting a confirmation email of my order, they wrote to ask me to register my SHIPPING address with AmEx so they could verify the purchase. - I have never been asked to do this, nor have I ever heard of anyone doing this. It shows complete ignorance of how to do business.
When I questioned why I needed to register my current location with AmEx, they assumed I stole the card. Implying that a Google search gave me my home address (since there must be only one person in the world with my very common name - and as luck would appear to be on my side, this google search address was also the billing address, not a P.O. box).
Anyway, aside from their paranoia, and ignorance of the ability of cardholders to cancel stolen cards, they wanted me to register my on-the-road address with AmEx which would then appear on my credit report as a previous residence. These guys are idiots. Their alternate 'solution' was to ship to my billing address (NYC) instead of the shipping address (San Diego). Unbelievable.
They cancelled my order.
Then a minute later they continued with a litany of snarky, insulting, and eventually threatening emails. After calling me a thief, they then implied I was insane. Accusing me of having the attitude of 'the customer is always right' (which I kinda do for the majority of customers, but didn't express that belief to them in the slightest) they said: frankly we have plenty [of] sane customers and don't need any like you.
Nice.
Then, as if it couldn't get more ridiculous, Alex told me to: F[*]ck off. We don't want your business - hope that's clear.
The latter part being the truest I've ever heard.
The emails continued and got worse; suggesting I needed therapy and reporting me to the police. (for what? I have no idea - nor have any authorities contacted me). Stay clear of these idiots.
By far, the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I'd recommend ANY other place before these window-lickers."
"The service was very fast and easy online access"
"All Good. Decent delivery time."
"Part was here the very next day after i ordered it! I will never order from another online company again! Thanks 2 wheel pros!"
"tried to purchase for my dual sport bike. bought others and returned. waiting for credit card repayment."
"Right product, right price on time."
"fast service, will buy from them again."
"Fast shipping no issues with product will definitely order again "
"did not get what was seen on website sorry
"
“Robert, sorry to hear you did not receive what you expected. It looks like you ordered front BikeMaster brand brake pads for 2010 Yamaha Zuma. I see you already requested to return these and are returning the items. It sounds that your bike is not a 2010 Yamaha Zuma.”
A rep from Adept Powersports, adistribution, has responded:
“Hi Michael, our website shows availability for each item. Many items will say "Ships today", some will say "Available ships in 2 days", etc. On this particular item our website shows "Available - Ships within 1 business day" - which is exactly when it shipped. You ordered Sunday and the item shipped on Tuesday. We apologize if that availability information was not clear when you made the purchase.”
