"Ordered a gas tank from 2wheelpros.com for my motorcycle, when it arrived it was covered in a thin layer of oil and in a plastic bag. I've seen this before from other vendors so that parts don't rust but I took a picture of it anyway. The part was delivered to my work warehouse, which it never left because I knew that this part wasn't what I needed. I downloaded the part description and schematic and sent to my mechanic to make sure and he confirmed that it wasn't the correct one. I got an RMA # and sent the part back. A day later, I received the same package back stating that they don't take back used parts and that it was damaged. I tried to explain via phone conversation to Alex, then emails to Alex and James that the part never left our warehouse. I even sent them pics that had a time stamp on the file name to show that I received it from them that way the first time. All this and they still had the audacity to say that I was trying to scam them. DO NOT DO business with this company. I did a web search and there are multiple complaints about them and the crooked way they do business. I wish I had done more research so that I could've avoided the wasted time, effort and headache. 1 star is the least I could give these crooks...if it were possible they'd get 1/2 a star. BUYER BEWARE!!!"

“Hi John B. The reason we rejected your return is not because of any "oil" - we are not sure why you are assuming this. The tank comes like this from the Yamaha factory. The reason we rejected your return, as we clearly communicated to you several times already, is the item was returned to us damaged (dented). Furthermore as you yourself stated to us, it was not damaged when you requested to return it originally (i.e. you received it in good condition, it just wasn't the item you wanted). As we suggested, you should speak with the shipping carrier that you used to ship the item back to us.

As our return policy clearly states: The risk of loss for the product being returned shall be with you at all times during the shipment of such product to the returns center. Please make sure the return shipment is fully insured, as packages do get damaged and lost. We do not accept any liability on returned damaged merchandise.

One thing you are absolutely correct about is yes - there was another case of a customer returning a damaged item in (somewhere in the past 3 year) and he was also frustrated and posted some slanderous reviews. However, 90% of that post if false. We have no reason not to accept a return, all we ask is that items are returned to us in the same condition as it was received by you. We feel that's a very fair policy.

We know this can be frustrating and you may want to "bash" our company, but as you can see by hundreds of 5 star reviews on here, we are not in the business of mistreating or cheating customers.”

"I tried to place an order for pipes that were 2 into 2. The website would only let me click 2 into 1 I place the order and call the very beginning of the next business day to talk to customer service about changing it the customer service representative was less than helpful and seemed like he had no idea what he was doing told me the order was already processed and being shipped the order did not ship for another two days"

“Nicholas, to be honest we are a bit confused with this review. If you ordered a 2 into 1 type exhaust, we are not sure why anything other than what you ordered would be shipped. Unfortunately we are not set up to operate in a manner, in which customers order a certain item online, and then call and ask for a completely different (and non existent) item to be shipped. We suggest you actually order the product you want to buy, and if it is not available, its really not a good idea to order another product in its place hoping the product you want will be shipped instead. There clearly was no 2 into 2 type exhaust available for the bike you selected for sale on our website, so it would not be possible for us to sell you one, since it does not exist. We are guessing our customer service did not understand what you were asking for - as we could have simply cancelled the order for you when you called.
