Please note that certain Yuasa batteries do include acid as part of the package, while others do not. The types of batteries that require periodic refilling "Conventional", are normally packaged without acid by the manufacturer (Yuasa), while the "Maintenance Free" types of Yuasa batteries do include pre-measured acid tubes, which are used to fill the battery once received (to ensure it is brand new), after which the battery is sealed and never needs to be filled again.”
"after receiving a part and installing it, the setup was off by a miniscule amount which created a minor deflection, enough to prevent activation of the electronic part. i assumed it was dead on arrival and customer service was extremely helpful in compensating to ship the device to the manufacturer. however in the next day i went to record video of the device, and when i smashed down on it, the device worked. a quick shifter which is supposed to activate by shifting was taking in excess of 20 pounds of force due to a MINOR deflection at the heim joint. after some fabrication i got the device to work. excellent price, and customer service."
