"A short time ago I went into the store to order some inner tubes. Recently I realized I needed two more as a backup for a long distance trip. I called and they were able to look up my previous invoice, take my order and take my credit card information. I anticipated a few days but was sure they would arrive before my departure. Imagine my surprise to receive the package in just two days! Now, that is great service.

Took them 10 days to process my order for shipment..which was too late for what I needed.
When I complained, they told me they were going to hit me with a restock fee if I tried to return the order....all because of their delay!!!
And the attitude of customer service is horrible. Basically their view was I should have known in advance how bad their service is....supposedly its all on their website...

"I had ordered a set of mirrors and adapters over a week ago (7/18). After a week of waiting for my order to be sent I started getting curious of where my order was since I had no email communication from them since the order. I had saw in my account that the money was refunded (7/23) the day after the original charge/order date (7/22). I had called them twice during normal business hours to ask about my order status and never received a return call from them. After having to search through my emails and finding the order confirmation I was able to click the track your order link and enter my confirmation number. When the screen opened, to my disbelief, my order had been cancelled without any notification from the company what so ever. It was very disappointing and I was shocked that I did not received and email notification or call stating they had cancelled my order for what ever the reason was. I ended up ordering the mirrors and adapters from another company.
After I posted this review I received a threatening email from someone is customer service stating that if I did not remove my untrue post that they would be forced to post my full name on this site stating that I was posting lies about the company.
I found these emails very rude and threatening. The only email I received from this company was the confirmation of my order being placed on 7/18. With the possibility that there might have been a mistake I have checked all my email folders in regards to this order an saw NO other email from this company. Even though its stated that a verification email was sent on 7/18 they still had no problem charging my card on 7/22 which is 4 days after this verification was requested and then got a refund on 7/23. There was no communication to me either by phone or email that my order was cancelled. The only so called notice I received was from the refunded amount in my account on 7/23 5 days after their verification process. I bought from this company because of the good reviews on this site and now realize that there are only positive reviews because they bully and threaten unsatisfied customers. I shop online often with purchases exceeding the cost of this order and have never experienced fraud protection or customer service like this before. "
