"the reason i picked somewhat satisfied is due to when i ordered my chain i was informed that you could cut down to specific size that was needed. well i ordered a 140 link chain but only needed 133 to 135 which should have altered the price but didnt. which im ok with... however when i got my chain the master link that locks the chain together was not red at all... now i have a red chain with a very noticable black link that stands out on the bike an is very obvious... wish the person would have took that into consideration an sent me a red master link as well... overall im very satisfied with the product but not about the items I listed above... also shipping was speedy an excellent "

“Unfortunately EK does not make a red master link. Only black is available for the masterlink. Also, we can cut the chain to requested length, but of course, that does take some extra effort and time on our part and we charge for the next size up chain. So if you need 136 links, we sell 140 and can cut that to 136 at no additional charge.”
