My most recent order arrived and everything looks great so I was surprised to receive an email letting me know one of the items I ordered was not living up to their standard of longevity so they were proactively issuing a credit for the item. "I ordered a pair of leather Mens shoes called the concrete boogie . They were blue leather kinda dress casual and would of looked great with a pair of blue jeans. Long story short when they arrived and I opened the box the shoes had a white powdery substance all over them , I mean covered. It looked like somebody put baking soda or talcum powder all of them. I tried to wipe them off but couldn’t get all of it off. The powdery substance whatever it was totally ruined the shoes. I called customer service and they said someone will call me back. I’ve yet to hear anything from them but I will NEVER order another item from them again in life! Ridiculous!
