"For years I have hoped for these types of items for men. I wanted new styles of sports coats and other things. Upscale but not the old suit and tie stuff. Never these new skinny suits that look like the way mom dressed me as a kid. These fit great with a nice new cut and fabrics that are comfy. I have yet to send anything back. Thanks! Edwin"
"My husband ordered two shirts and paid for shipping. UPS ostensibly attempted one delivery - I sincerely doubt this as our home has wrought iron fencing and for years all delivery companies simply place packages over the fence. They also did not leave a slip. We then received a notice that the package was going to be delivered to a UPS location for us to pick up - a half our drive from our home. 32 Bars customer service said "not our problem" and "we can't help you" and "we won't issue a refund".
We will never buy from them again."

"I placed an order on December 01, 2021 for a pair of pants “shake it up a little” item #623075 priced $128.00 for a total cost of $159.00 shipping and tax. After receiving item found that pants would not justify a price of $128.00. I returned item with provided UPS return label and shipped back December 17, 2021. I started contacting them on January 07,2022 by phone and email. Provided information to answering machine and sent email. I tried again January 10 and 11, with phone message. I have yet to hear a response.So I’m out $ 159.00 and not even a cheaply made pair of pants to show for it."

"This is not an honest company...the Order people answer on the first call and take your order..the Customer Service department does not pick up..EVER...when I was backdoored into Customer Service by the Order folks I was fed a complete nonsense story about the order being canceled because the product didnt meet their standards....was then advised that an email blast went out to all customers that ordered advising same...absolutely not true...My 32 Bar Blues Account showed the Order was processed and shipped and it was in transit....no email was recieved..not in Spam or anywhere and My Account certainly did not reflect this line of jibberish...cant tell if they tagged my Bank Account but in process with Bof A in researching transaction"

Immediately called the cust service and got a very helpful, courteous, and articulate young lady that helped me. I discovered that the order department is not even associated with 32. That young girl needs a raise or promotion"
