"My daughter eyeglasses were delivered and seem to help her in enjoying her TV viewing. The eyeglasses look good. The only issue is that the box they came with is small and will not allow having the cloth to clean the glasses to fit in that small box along with the glasses.
The glasses by themselves barely fit in that box (the hard flap box that protects the eyeglasses). So, we are not using it.

"I have used 39 Dollar Glasses multiple times in the last 3 years.
I have ordered 4 pairs of glasses for my son, and 3 for myself. I was drawn to them because of the low price point and having a son that tends to break glasses.
The fact that I have used them multiple times says they have some value of service. In fact, I would normally say that they are a great option and I have recommended them to many people. They are usually quite fast at producing the glasses, and I typically had them in a week (East Coast to West Coast).
However there is a dark side.
My last pair of glasses I ordered came incorrectly cut. There was a gap between the lens and the frame. No big deal, these things happen.
I contacted them via their web form and got a decent response. It took a couple days, but some were weekend days. I wouldn't say they were fast or slow at responding, simply normal.
The response issued me an RA, and stated to print the RA form and the shipping label to return (within 30 days). However the RA form was attached twice, rather than the RA and shipping label.
I contacted them again by responding to the email. I got no response.
I then tried contacting them again via the email AND via their web form and still got no response.
I gave it one more shot and then finally got a response. They stated that international shipping was not provided for. Huh? I'm in California.
I contacted them once again expressing my confusion and that they were mistaken, plus the fact that they stated that there was a shipping form in the original email. I received no response.
I have attempted an email one last time, and yet to get a response.
This all took place from Thanksgiving until today, 1/11/16.
I was lenient with the fact that major holidays were in this time period, and also distracted myself by the holiday rush. But still, they did not take care of me as a customer and I am appalled.
Would I say never use them? Probably. But if you do then be cautious that if things go wrong then you are probably out of luck.

The only reason I ordered glasses from them was their "Worry Free Guarantee," I returned both pairs and was only reimbursed for one. That is when I learned of their confusing return policy for when you order two pairs of glasses. I could not see out of the progressive part of the lenses, but did not bother putting that on my return since they have a "Worry Free Guarantee." They would not refund all of my money, and when I requested a credit so I could get single vision sunglasses, they quit responding to my emails. I feel that I was purposely sent the wrong frames so that when I returned them, they could keep almost half of my money. "

"The progressive glasses did not work for me, so I returned then for a refund under their guarantee. They acknowledged receipt of my return and indicated a 3-5 day processing time for the return. It has been over three weeks with no refund, and no further communication. Three days ago, I emailed their customer service asking for a status update. They said there would be a response within one business day. Three days later, there is still no response. This was my first experience with online eyeglasses. I am very disappointed. "
