"Ordered a Sony A7Rii camera for $2727, great price. Got a call from rep "Robert". It is a grey market one and asked me to see if I want to switch to US version. Okay, I kind of expected that, it was too good to be true, so why fight it. So I authorized the price increase and they said they would ship me an US version. Two days after I received the camera, I noticed 2 things. The camera came with only one battery instead of 2 per Sony original standard package, on the third day I started to notice the warning message "Running on NTSC" every time I start up the camera. So I researched on how to get rid of the message. To my discovery, if you have a grey market camera (PAL is default) and you switch it to NTSC, it will give you a warning message. If you have a US version and try to switch to PAL, it will give you "Running on PAL". In conclusion, I actually have received a grey market camera because mine has the annoying message "Running on NTSC" since it is set to NTSC. I called Robert and left him a message, it has been 3 days, no answer. Now I have to go through the hassle to dispute the credit card charge. Buyers beware, most things are too good to be true. I will come back and edit this review once I get a resolution from them or from the credit card company. Bummer!"
