"Attempted to buy a Fuji XE2 camera kit with the 18-55mm lens - via the web yesterday and got the bait and switch routine - they called today and said the kit didn't come with the factory battery and charger just some after market low capacity battery and the factory battery and charger was extra cost - also there is NO Mfr warranty as they are not a Fuji Dealer - but they do provide their own 3 year warranty (apparently this is a Grey market Camera? - no mention of this on the web page)

Stay away from these guys - bait and switch using low prices is an outdated marketing trick - Oh and then I was told the credit card will be take up to 30 days to see a refund - so they even float your card!

"This is the first time I do business with 42nd St. Photo. Initially I was skeptical after reading many reviews about upsell so when I complete my order online I put in the notes section a message saying do not call me, just ship the Canon EF lens I ordered online.

Sure enough, no one called and I received the UPS tracking number two days later and the brand new lens arrived in a week. They did send me a follow up email on the day I receive the shipment but no pushy sales calls. Overall, it was a straight forward and pleasant experience so I am very happy and satisfied, considering that the price I paid is $30 less than any other online outlet, plus free shipping and I skipped $30+ sales tax I would have paid if I had bought it from Amazon."
