"Giving a 2 star rating for the recent Nikon D5300 purchase. The online ordering process was smooth. Order placed on Jan 2nd and the camera arrived on Jan 13. Upon opening the box, there is no warranty registration card in the package. Called their customer support and was told there is no warranty at all. It's really hard to believe Nikon's latest camera does not have warranty. Other retailers who sell imported D5300s usually come with seller's warranty if no OEM warranty come with the product. The rep on the other end of the phone is also not professional. Simply hung up on me after saying "I got go" before I could finish my inquiry. Could only hope Nikon's quality will last more than a year. "

"I initially was concerned as previous reviewer had warned of receiving high pressure sales calla after placing an order. I did receive a follow on sales call from Mike that made me somewhat suspicious, but although Mike did try to sell upgraded accessories, there was no high pressure sales tactics employed. the accessories were higher priced than expected but several additional free options were included, and overall I was satisfied with the end result.
The equipment arrived on time and, all new items in manufacturers sealed packages. "
