"I ordered a Sony NEX-6 from them because of the low price. First I got the call to upsell me the "special" memory card the camera required but I declined.
They sent me a PAL-50i grey market camera and inserted a Sony USA warranty card to make it look like the USA version. The warranty card was not even the one that comes with the genuine USA models. The only way to know the difference between 60i and 50i is to look very closely at the model and serial number tag on the bottom of the camera in very small letters.
They clearly tried to fool me with a UK grey market camera but it did not work. The only reason I knew to check is because of many others experiencing the same thing from 42nd St on some of the camera forums I frequent.
I returned the camera and got a full refund even though their policy states they will charge you 20% for ALL returns. The customer service manager offered me free accessories for days if I would change my review but I refused. Evidently they care about the reviews so makes me wonder how many of the reviews you read were bought off. Stay away from these people they are a bait and switch operation.

I was given the call by Robert that I had "forgotten" to include info on my order such as purchasing a "proprietary" SD card "needed to make the camera function properly". I'm completely appalled at the assumption of stupidity this company relies on to fatten margins. If the camera that arrives is grey market, I will do everything in my power to make this company feel the way I feel right now. I know your game, and I will not go quietly.
