Directions were included it works great no problems and the batteries were an extra added treat. I would not hesitate to order again from this seller. "I have not received my order yet but 47stphoto was SO helpful. I called to place my order, and the gentleman that helped me was very nice and no pressure to buy additional items. At the time of the call I did not get an order number, it was being sent in an email. Well several hours latter I still had not gotten it. I was nervous, seing as how my 1st online purchase I was scammed from Sonic Cameras, well I did my research BEFORE ordering from 47st photo, but still leery.
I emailed the help desk and received an email back within the hour. I am completely satisfed with my order process. I will update when my camera arrives, but I just had to say how great the process was!
