"Ordered before 10am on 12/30/2008. Paid for expedited shipping. A shipping confirmation email was sent same day at 1:43pm. It included a UPS tracking number. I expected item to arrive on 1/2/2009. As of 9:00pm on 1/2/2009 UPS still shows they have not received the item, just the electronic billing information.

Item should have been received today, 1/2/2009 even if UPS ground to a halt on 1/1/2009.

This isn't good service.

"I purchased a $200 digital picture frame from 47th Street Photo. Unfortunately it was shipped to an address that I couldn't get to for over two weeks. When I opened the box, I discovered a bright green stuck pixel in the middle of the image. I requested an RMA and recieved one without any hassle. I paid to have it shipped back, and they sent me another one shortly thereafter. Overall, I would say that my experience was positive. "

"I placed my order through a promotion being run on Amazon.com for a zoom len for my wifes camera on 12/22/08 the Monday (3 days) before Christmas. 47th Street Photo was the Company who would altimately be responsible for filling my order. The Amazon.com said that I was to late to order and receive this gift before Christmas. So I placed the order anyway and called Customer Service at 47th Street Photo since this would be the first time doing business with them. They had already downloaded the orders from the Amazon website that day and were not scheduled to do it again until tomorrow. They would not promise me anything but said they would do their best.
