"I have actually bought two things from 47th Street photo and was very pleased with both purchases. I bought an extended warranty and was offered a better deal when I called up, it wasn't an up-sale, it was literally a better deal that they had and I gladly jumped on it. The other item I bought was an external battery pack for my camera (Olympus C-5050z). I buy all my items on price and got very good customer service on the side. The only annoyance is that you enter all this information on their Web site when you complete the order and you do have to call them to give your credit card number, which is fine, but when you call them you have to give them all the same information that you had to enter on the Web site order form. What is the point of the forms on the Web site checkout? Why not just say if you want to pay with a credit card other than Paypal, please call. That was just a small annoyance, but one that happened on both my purchases HOWEVER I would not hesitate to buy from them again because they are fantastically friendly when I call and they have the best prices on items I buy and their shipping is quick, it gets out instantly and got to me plenty quick. My purchasing experience was very, very positive and I highly recommend 47th Street Photo. "
