"I ordered a hard case for my Sony VX2000. They promised 24 to 48 hour turnaround for shipping after receiving payment. I sent a USPS money order via priority mail with a signature requirement. They are refusing to pick up the payment due to the signature requirement and it has been waiting at their post office for the last five days. I called them today to ask why they haven't accepted delivery of my payment and lady was quite rude. They have refused to rectify this situation because they don't want to wait in line at their post office to sign for my payment. I was left with the feeling that because I used USPS money order (which they say they accept) and used the USPS signature required delivery to be able to prove I paid them, they don't know what to do. I doubt they ever intended to ship the product to me."

I was completely satisified with the service I received from 47th Street, especially the help I got from Scott. I placed my order online and received a call from Scott because he thought I may have ordered the wrong item. He was right, I did order the wrong memory card reader. I paid for second day air but instead received the camera the next day (one day delivery). One of the lenses was backordered and they said it would be shipped on Monday (1/5).
