"THE TEA IS GREAT BUT IT TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE"

"Unfortunately my experience was terrible. My order took more than a month to arrive. Apparently my package was returned due to damage during transport. I was not made aware of this until I looked up the tracking number. Then I come to find out that once 4AllVitamins was aware of the situation, they did not rush out a new shipment to me and refused to budge on the shipping charges I paid for. I paid for 3-5 business days and instead received my products more than a month later.

I tried numerous times to contact the offices but was unable to find a phone number and only received emails. I finally received a response from one of my many emails with the phone number. The email stated "Our company telephone contact number's are on our website. (518) 203- 1122" Overall I found the staff rude in their responses, and I'm very disappointed in the service and lack of communication. I will absolutely, 100%, never order from them again. "

"I placed my order expecting the same good and fast service I have revceived in the past. I did not get this. Instead it was a long delay and I ended up being given a choice of waiting on 1 item in the order for the whole order or deleing that item from the order and having the rest sent. I opted to delete the item you were waiting for. I ordered it on 1-26-12, it was not shipped till 2-27-12 and I did not receive the partial order until 2-29-12! and would not have got it then except in frustration I had you delete the one item. What a mess for me as I needed the product to start a aweight loss effort and it negatively impacted my resolve. I will think twice about ever ordering from you again!"
