"Will NEVER USE AGAIN! This is the 2nd time I used this company for I was staying in CT helping my Mom & they are closer to me than my normal company I purchase Vits from in CA. They send a notices that the products weren't pay for when I pay for them right at check out via Paypal. Then trying to get an answer via email, didn't get one for 4 days. Then found a contact # & Voice Mail box full. Finally I hear from them stating my order was send out & the used the wrong address even though I wrote the correct address on my Paypal & then again in the 3 emails I send them. Now I have to wait until it goes to CA & then back which will make it 3 wks to get a package from NY to CT. Funny when I do use my normal company I get the order in 3-4 days from date of purchase to delivery in CT no special mailing. Here it is Feb 6, 2012 still don't have package. Worst customer service EVER"

I made several attempts to contact your company, all to no avail and it was only my last phone call (in which i threatened to file a fraud claim with my cc company) that the items i ordered were shipped. Although my order itself wasn't significant (less than $20), the lack of customer service and follow through would keep me from ever ordering from your company again."
