"I ordered some Mens Life Force Multi Vitamins on April 3rd and still have not gotten them. It is a tiny bottle of vitamins and should only take a few days at most to be here. I completely understand if an item is on backorder but here's the big problem I have... Customer service keeps telling me that it will definitely be shipped on or before a certain day when I call or email. I call customer service a few days after the 3rd to see if it had shipped and they said the next day. I emailed them to see what was going on a day or two later and they said it will be shipped on or before the 9th. I call yesterday and a customer service rep tells me that they will definitely have the item in by today (11th) and will be shipped out. Now I am looking on my order page and it says it's not being shipped out until next Monday! It's not a problem if it's on backorder but I wish they wouldn't tell me that it's going to be shipped out today and now I have to wait almost another week or probably even more at this rate!! And honestly I don't want a refund I just want my freaking vitamins!"

Even though the items I ordered showed in stock, and I received an immediate order confirmation by email, it took 12 days before I received another email, telling me how important they think good communication was (what an insult), and they were letting me know my order was being packaged. - Good communication would have been receiving an email within a day or two of ordering, letting me know my items won't ship for another 10 - 12 days."
