"I found that there were two identical charges on my credit card for my order. Even if I screwed up and clicked twice because I didn't think it went through the first time, your people should have caught it. I called to make you aware of this error, and was told that one charge would be taken off, but then it still went from "pending" to two actual charges. I had to dispute it through the credit card company to get the one charge removed. To make matters worse, I still haven't received my purchase and it is about a week. Yet, you people were very quick to send out a survey the same day as the purchase for me to tell you "how great you did". Next time I need supplies, I will use Amazon.
