"Shipping charges should be discounted and/or coordinated for a reduced rate
when a client is ordering multiple items “at the same time”.
To have to pay individual shipping charges for each item ordered because they are coming from Multiple locations is penalizing the Customer. It is to no advantage to order several items per one shipment. Other than that, great customer service.

"When I got tennis elbow on Feb 6, I ordered an elbow strap from 4MD on the same day. The website states 1 to 3 days delivery. After 3 days I inquired as to why I had not received it. They replied saying it would be shipped on Feb 12. Upon inquiring further I was told the reason was that it was on back order. It was shipped on the 12th, however I did not receive it until Feb 17 due to the weather. By that time I had used a friends elbow support and the tennis elbow was no longer bothering me. Obviously the weather delay was not 4MDs fault but not informing me about the back order was unacceptable. "
