"i have not yet to have a bad expierence with this company. I have orderd tires and wheels winch from 4 wheel online and recieved them 5 days after placing the order. Last week i ordered wheels and tires for my truck and just recieved them today. I was worried about it after reading the reviews about them. I asked the sales rep about all this stuff on here and he said 90% of this bad feed is from people ordering online and not ordering the right thing. People revieve there order and its not right because the order the wrong thing. That is why i call to place an order and have them specify what your putting it on to make shure it will work. He also said that you want to make darn shure u order the right thing because they have a high restock fee of 25% All im here to say is make shure u order the right stuff and talk to a sales rep and no problems should occour.

"I ordered a pair of Nerf Bars for my 2004 Honda TRX400EX.After the order, I heard nothing from them. So after about 20 days I contacted them via there out of date, customer unfriendly, tracking system. Several days later I got a respone telling me my item was backordered until July 31, 2010. Make note, I had to contact them to find this out, they were just silent on this.
Well it's August 2, 2010. I am waiting to see if they contact me this week. I have sent them another request via they're antiquated tracking system, and will see what their response is this week.
At this point I would not recommend you order from this company. They do not seem to be interested in happy, informed customers, only your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "
"Do not waste your time with 4wheelonline. I ordered shocks from them that they said they had in stock. They billed my credit card immediately. I called a week later to get a tracking number and after being on hold for 15mins I was told that the parts were on backorder. I was given an eta and after that time had passed was told they still hadn't shipped. I cancelled the order. Now I am waiting for them to refund my credit card which they don't seem to be in too big a hurry to do. Not only does their custumer service stink, but their service(or lack of it) is even worse. Stay clear of this one and go with a reputable site."
"Ordered a bug shield for my truck on April 17th and here it is May 25th and still have not gotten anything. I have requested a tracking number and got nothing. Emailed them, got nothing. I called and asked what the deal was and they guy said they were shipping it from California and he would call me back and let me know what is taking so long. Never got a call back. I just got an email with a tracking number, so it had better be coming. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this "company" again."

After ordering the product I found myself looking at reviews and stumbled upon this site, I was extremely nervous that my product would not arrive. But it did, and the Bak Flip Tonneau cover looks and fits great on my 2010 Toyota Tacoma. Best Price by far! "I ordered a Bestop Trektop, Bestop Bikini Top and a header for the Bikini Top, thinking according to the different part #'s for the Trektop & Bikini Top headers that the extra header was needed. The bill came to $608.63 + $45.97 shipping. This was a good price. THEN I happened to read these 4 Wheel Online reviews, after the I had submitted my order, and got scared... BUT the order went very well, I was treated well and I received my stuff even sooner than promised, and in fine condition. However BE SURE YOU NEED WHAT YOU ORDER! I returned the one header since even though different part#, it was identical to Trektop header. Getting a return on your $$ is much slower, and there is a 25% restocking fee! and there is an additional shipping fee they charge even though I had paid for shipping the part back. I ended up with $37 credited for a $59 part. "
"DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE MORONS. i also wish i would've read this review forum. i ordered the G.E.A.R. seat covers from these nitwits. took almost a month to get them and they were not even close to what i ordered. the ad clearly stated that they were sold as single seat covers so ordered one for each seat. i get the covers (finally) and it says right on the box, sold in pairs. so now i have to return a set of seat covers, awsome. the ad also stated that if you ordered 2 seat covers (because they are only sold individualy) you would get a free jeep tailgate cover. i got a call from them 3 days after i placed my order and the dude on their end told me they weren't going to send me the tailgate cover because i ordered the universal covers. no where in the ad does it state they have to be jeep seat covers to get the tailgate cover. it took 15 minutes of heated talk with this idiot to get him to finnaly agree to send the free cover. and lastly, the ad shows one seat cover with all the pockets on it but when you get the PAIR of seat covers they only have pockets for one seat cover. horrible customer service (my wait on the phone was closer to 20 minutes before i hung up) and deliberatly misleading ads designed to rip you off."
" I ordered from this company because of the price and the fact that they are local. I wish I had found these reviews first.
On Friday 4/9 I ordered by internet a set of Rancho 5000 shocks for my '94 Toyota with a 4" lift. I recieved an email that afternoon stating those shocks were unavailable for my application, but they could substitute a set of Skyjackers Hydros upon my approval. Refunding the difference. I replied by email the next morning to go ahead.
I called 4wheelonline on Monday 4/12 after no response to my email. A CSR confirmed the swap for the Skyjackers and a refund of the difference in cost. I was told the shocks would ship out that day.
On 4/16 I placed a call to 4wheelonline because the refund had not shown up yet and to get tracking info. I was told the refund was issued on 4/13, but now the shocks were being dropped shipped directly from Skyjacker in Louisana. He supposedly called Skyjacker and said the order was to ship that day. This is Friday now.
On 4/20 I called 4wheelonline to get tracking info. for my order. I spoke with Mark. Mark said that because of the order change from Ranchos to Skyjackers that delayed processing of my order, even though I was told it would ship on 4/12. Then he added that my order was being dropped shipped from Skyjacker because they didn't have the shocks in stock and that it also causes a delay in getting tracking info. He even added that when an order is placed they have no way of knowing by their computers if they even have the item in stock or not. They have to manually check with their warehouses or suppliers by phone or email to know if they have an item or need to order it. Then Mark told me it was my fault for not having enough common sense to call them by phone to confirm they had the shocks in stock before I placed my order. Nevermind that the shocks in question now, are the recommended substitute by them in place of what I originally ordered. What kind of company recommends a product they don't even have; much less pre bills for it? He too, claims to call Skyjacker, and places me on hold. Where I was conveniently disconnected. I called back and again Mark answered. I told him we were disconnected and asked about tracking info. for my order. He says now that the shocks are back ordered at Skyjacker for at least 3 weeks. I told him since nothing was shipped I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. He said "done" and immediately hung up on me.
Again I called back and a Dimecio answered this time. Initially he told me he wouldn't talk to me about the order because it was placed with my wifes' credit card. I had to tell him to shut up before I was able explain everything that had happened up to this point. Including being hung up on by Mark twice.
In the end, Dimecio stated that my shocks were never actually ordered from Skyjacker. He confirmed that they did have them in stock and could be shipped in the next day or two, or I could get a full refund. I opted for the full refund. Dimecio said it usually takes 4 days for the refund to be processed. I am writing this just after speaking to Dimecio. We'll see how long the refund takes, or if they try to pull any tricks.
On a side note, if you call expect to be on hold for around 10 minutes before someone picks up on their end. While this doesn't sound like much, it adds up after multiple hangups and the 20 minutes of b.s. and run around you get after a person finally answers.
The BBB shows 81 complaints against 4wheelonline currently. I couldn't find where they're registered at all with the State of Florida under 4wheelonline.com or their supposed parent company name of Web River Group Inc.

"They are a bunch of LIARS, I ordered a set of tires and after 8 days of not receiving a tracking number i called them. They told me that the tires shipped the day before from Boston and that i would receive a tracking number withib 24 hrs, For the next 3 days I got the same story with the shipping day being the night before of my phone call every time. 15 Days and still no numbers but i received ONE tire Yes one from Orlando, NOT Boston. Still waiting for the other 3 tires. Costumer service is the worst, if you can get someone on the phone but be ready to wait for 15 to 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I rather pay the extra shipping and higher price than to deal with this people again."
"Ordered a set of nerf bars (item # 0401-0027B)for a Silverado crew cab pickup with a 6.5' box. When the item arrived it was too long to fit my unit and would have hit the tires on both ends.I returned the items as instructed (MRA # 52156)and asked for the proper item to be shipped -- they did not ship or even contact me to find out what went wrong but charged me $114.99 for the return and now refuse to accept any emails to answer any questions -- they claim I ordered the wrong product -- but Teck support from the Manufacturer says the right number was ordered -- I'm caught in the middle with everybody pointing fingers in another direction"
"I have to admit at first when I came across their site I was intrigued by the low prices they offered for a 6" Fabtech Lift Kit system for GM trucks; plus the free shipping with them being the cheapest by far online and locally. I decided to place my order with excitement prior to reading any reviews and once I received my order confirmation, I started reading the fine print about the shipping policy. Basically what had me baffled was having to wait 5 days before receiving any type of information in regards to tacking data based off their shipping information and on top of that it states if it hasnt been more than 5 days since the date of placed order dont email asking. So I played by their rules and waited, I called that following Saturday and asked about the status and was told they couldnt track on weekends due to their system being down on the weekends. I called back Monday and was told it was leaving that same exact day on the truck to ship out. So I asked as soon as it rolls on out I should recieve a tracking number, the guy said yes and as soon as he gets something he'll send it my way. Im the type of person who has to have the information right way seeing I just paid $1700 for a part. Long story short, after numerous phone calls and emails, I did recieve my tracking information and did recieve my product within the 7-10 business days their shipping policy claims. Personally, my situation wasnt as bad as others out there. My only personal complaint on the whole process was the tracking ordeal. Asside from that, I recieved my stuff in a timely manner safe n sound with no mix ups. "
"EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Due to my Jeep Wrangler being a little too tall, I decided to order some tubular, black matte rock rails that I saw on 4WheelOnline.com to help boost me up. The picture showed the perfect rails and I ordered promptly paying a reasonable $185 plus free shipping. Imagine my surprise when I received the rails and they were NOTHING like the picture represented? The rails I received were thin finishing rails that fit flush against the vehicle. There was absolutely no toehold available. When I tried to return the rails, I was told they would charge me for the original shipping (remember it was free?) as well as a 25% restocking fee. Plus I would have to foot the return shipping cost which was $65. I was told that it isnt their fault if I felt the product that I received wasnt the same product represented on their website. When I explained that this isnt my opinion, it's a fact; the products are not even remotely similar, Customer Service told me they were sorry but couldnt help me.
I was told to contact the Better Business Bureau or do my little blogs, but if I returned the product I would be charged the restocking fee.
Very disappointed and will badmouth 4WheelOnline.com at every opportunity.
