"Believe what you want from some of the other raters. But I have never complained about a company online before. So you know I'm upset.
I placed my order on the 2nd of December, they charged my Amex on the 3rd of December and I am still awaiting delivery of the product (it's Jan 4th).
After instructing Amex to dispute the charges.....Now they(4WO)want to communicate and surprise, surprise, the product has shipped....although it will take 5 days to get a tracking number.......what a joke....never again 4WO, never again.
If they offered better customer service or even communication that is not customer complaint driven, I'd have a different opinion.
Zero Stars is all they are worth!
I am only hoping I get the product I ordered.

Well guess what, I received the tonneau cover and it was the wrong product. Although I have to say, it appears to be the supplier's problem and not 4WOL's. But, I'll reserve my critique until after the return is complete and I get my credit.

"These guys are terrible. There are other places that are just as cheap. I ordered my parts from them, received the wrong quantity (their fault) so they charged my credit card for the additional parts. Their returns department is horrible. They continue to give me problems and are trying to cheat me out of more money. Their policy is that if they make the mistake then the seller will not be responsible for the return shipping. The returns department does not believe that they are capable of making a mistake and will fight to the bitter end. Long story short, after talking to a manager (phone wait time of over 45 minutes) he decided that I was not at fault and that they would refund my money (for the shocks that I had not ordered) and would pay the return shipping for the excess merchandise. That has been nearly two months ago now and they still have not refunded my money, they have received their merchandise back and I just received another message from them letting me know that they are shipping more stuff. I will probably have to cancel my credit card to get rid of these guys.
I will never buy from them again. Zero stars."

"Thank God I didn't listen to all the negative reviews on this site. I had a perfect experience with 4wheelonline. And this was for an expensive part, an Advance Hard Hat premium tonneau cover. When I called they were very helpful and they honored their price guarantee with no static. I showed them where I found a better price on line, they verified what I told them and came back with a better price. Placed the order and they said it may take up to 2 and a half weeks to receive. It arrived in one week in perfect shape. It is the best tonneau cover out there. Installed in less then 10 minutes and comes off in 2 minutes. No rails, no C clamps, no snaps or velcro. And my bed is very secure with a tailgate lock. I couldn't be happier. "
"I didn't do my research in advance of ordering parts from these guys. After my order was placed, I then started seeing signs that I was dealing with shady people.
1) All kinds of weird hoops to jump through for a tracking number. Their system actually sent me a tracking number AFTER I received the wheels!
2) Out of about 20+ calls to their customer service, only 3 were actually answered by a rep. It was the same rep each time.
I won't go through every step of the order, but I will never buy from them again. They're shady as all get-out with horrible customer service.
That said, I did actually receive the stuff I ordered and in a reasonable amount of time. The downside was I wasted a LOT of time ensuring that it would happen. Had I not called them and e-mailed them over and over the parts would have arrived at my house and I would not have been there to pick them up.
DON'T risk it. It just ain't worth it. There's far too many reputable businesses out there to take a chance with these guys.
* By the way, their ordering process claims that your credit card number is not stored... NOT true. I was notified several days after my order (only because I called them) that the original part I ordered was not available. When I chose a new product, they did have my card on file--presumably because it WAS stored as part of the order process. I believe that's called a PCI COMPLIANCE FAILURE.
I'm going to watch my card history closely to be sure nothing hokey happens. If you've ordered from them, I would recommend you do the same."
"I also ordered a couple of parts as a pakage deal and after waiting longer then the five days they recommend I asked for my tracking number through their email link. got an email back saying I requested a tracking number and that was it...no number was given. I then waited the rcommended two days but never recieved a tracking number so I called. I talked to who ever picked up the phone (Albert,atleast it wasn't a russian man named Peggy)and he said he would find out whats up and call me the next day...no phone call. So I wait couple more days or so and send an email asking for an update on the order including my name, phone number and order number....no reply. I sent two more emails of the same request and my wife sent one also....no reply. I sent my next email request with a "not too happy about being ignored" letter attached the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and acually got a reply the next day that said "Everybody is closed for the holladay and that I should send them another email on Monday after Thanksgiving to remind them to check on my parts".....OMFG, now I have to be their secratary too, no postits or pen and paper for a note or nothing. I sent the reminder email along with my intent to file a fraud claim with my credit card company against them, you see, they charged my card for the parts that have not been shipped. All I wanted was to here that the parts are back ordered or lost or something....anything but so far I have not heard anything else.If I were you I would spend the extra twenty bucks with a reputable company and take a pass on this worthless excuse of a online parts company. "
"I ordered a set of Moto 951 wheels on Nov.4 in spite of poor reviews from this company. I was supposed to get free lug nuts and center caps according to thier internet ad. To my surprise everything went smoothly and I recieved my order yesterday, the 9th of Nov. I got wheels, and caps but no lug nuts. After calling and speaking to a supervisor I was told the promotion with the free lug nuts did't start until Nov.6. They were not willing to correct "THEIR" error. Beware of 4wheelonline. "if you order anything to be shipped you better include the price of taking a week off from work. this company does a "sender request signature to conferm delivery" with ups. therefore if you work 5 days a week you'll never get your package. and if you give them instructions with customer service requesting a drop off they dont tell you this part they just say ok. they're just appeasing you to get the sale. they only tell you the bad news when you call them to ask why you dont have your package. scam!"
"I ordered a pair of nerf bars for my crewcab truck on Friday for $350. On Saturday I recieved a confirmation e-mail but the bars were for an extended cab truck. I called right away to get this corrected and was told no one was there til Monday who could correct the order. Monday I called and was told the order would be canceled and someone contact me to reorder. Later that day I recieved a tracking # from Fed-ex. It stated the order had shipped already. I called 4 wheel online customer service and when I finally got thru was told I would have to accept the wrong order and apply for a return request form. I followed all their instructions and sent the box back unopened.
Later I recieved an e-mail stating I would only get a credit back of $212.50 out of the $350 order.
When you call customer service they tell you get the run around and they say they can't authorize anything.
I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!"
"Recently I ordered a Quad Boss Plow Blade Kit, Push Frame Assembly and Mounting Plate on a Sunday evening. The following morning I checked my charge account and noticed a transaction for the amount of the sale. Later that evening I ordered a Warn RT25 winch for my lift device, thinking nothing of it. The next day at work, I checked my charge account again looking for the added winch transaction, and the plow kit transaction was gone and no winch was listed. I also started to wonder why I had not received a tracking number for the Plow Kits and became a tad curious. I googled 4wheelonline.com reviews and was brought to this lovely site and read all the horror. I couldn't believe what I was reading and started to feel sick to my stomach. I questioned a friend what I should do, if I should cancel my orders or hang in there for a little bit. I then checked my charge account again to make sure I wasn't losing my mind. I told my girlfriend what was going on, and as she got home, she text me and said the UPS man just showed up and delivered three boxes...whew. Free Shipping and a day and a half later delivery, FANTASTIC!!! Not wanting to jump to a conclusion, I waited for my Winch to be delivered, which took an extra day, it showed up today, Thursday. Everything was exactly as I had ordered, at discounted prices, was brand new, shipped for free and came before any of the tracking numbers showed up....by the way, they were emailed to me at 4:45pm Thursday. I don't know what everyone else was bitching about and why there were running this company down, maybe they are all morons who ordered the wrong thing or harassed the CSRs too much and got what they deserved, but myself, will continue using this company every time I need a part or accessory as long as they list it on their website...which so far the only thing I can't find is the correct bumper for my four wheeler. If you feel the need to order from here to save money...and time...and aren't completely sure what you want, give them a call, ask if they have it in stock and how long it will take to be delivered. I love how quickly my parts came and I would recommend this website to my closest relatives, that's how much I trust 4wheelonline.com. Just so you know to, like most other supporting reviews, I don't work for this company, and I live in NY...if you don't believe me, then shop somewhere else that I haven't and risk your own money and time. The good thing about seeing all the negative feedback after I'd ordered from them at least let me know how to address them. You can only request trcking number by email. At this point it's a run around!!!!!! Save yourself the BS and buy from someone else. I have heard of scams like this but this is my first."
