"BE CAREFULL!! I was told they could not process my order because billing and shipping addresses were different. No problem, I cancelled my order. 4 Wheel on line however billed my credit card and despite repeated attempts I am still trying to get charge reversed."

"I ordered a pair of Rock Crawler side guards from 4 wheelonline.com on 10/16 after speaking with a representative who stated they were immediately available and should be shipped from a local distribution center. To date, I have not received my ordered products. However, my receipt states that they were shipped on 10/16. The first time I contacted them, they stated they were on back order despite the fact that I was told they were available prior to my payment. I asked for a refund and was told that they would reorder from another distributer. I was informed that I would receive the order within 5 business days. After waiting the 5 additional days, I called in to find out that there are more issues and my product may not arrive until the end of November. I asked for a refund and was told that it is not guaranteed because the items are available "somewhere". When I asked for a member of management or a representative from the refund department, I was told they cannot take calls from customers. I am extremely disappointed in this company's customer service and its hard not to feel scammed when a company behaves this way. I'm extremely angered by their lack of interest to get the matter resolved. Its a shame because I have a list of additional parts to purchase and they have lost all of my future business. "

"The wrong exhaust was sent to me and they are saying that I ordered it wrong, I know what kind of vehicle I drive, I know what motor is in it, the model and style, I don't see how I could have ordered the wrong part but even if I did, I certainly didn't expect or deserve the attitude or treatment that I got from them. I spent close to a thousand on this order. Looking back for my order number it shows a company called Web River Group doing business as 4wheelonline, I'm not sure if they are contracted out by 4wheelonline.
BE CARFUL IF SOMETHING GETS ORDERED WRONG THEY WON'T GIVE YOU THE TIME OF DAY, AT LEAST THAT WAS MY EXPERIENCE

"i dont know what problems anyone has had but i had excelent service with 4 wheel online.i purchased a set of 38 in tires on monday and recieved them on wed .that to me is good service.maybe yall should check your info to make sure you yourself are correct.good going guys.they ship alot of things free so you cant ask for much.be patient people.if you dont like there service theres plenty of other places a whole lot more expensive you can choose from so go for it........."

"I purchased an Engo E9000 vehicle self recovery winch for my 4x4 pickup from 4Wheelonline.com on 9/19/2012 primarily due to price. They had the closest competitor beat by someth8ing like $60.00, and had free shipping. I didn't use my head too well when deciding to use them as I didn't look up any reviews before pulling the trigger. I am kind of glad I didn't. Shipping wasn't exactly super fast, but I did get my package, not from these guys, but directly from the manufacturer, so I guess they drop ship or something, anyway it was at my house on 9/27/2012.
I see a lot of folks crying over the long time it takes to get a refund from these guys. I am guessing these folks just don't read return policies on web sites because it is plain as day. The guys on the off road forums that have used them all like them. I am figuring the folks slamming them in the reviews are either a bunch of crybabies, or competitors giving bogus reviews. My only complaint with the m is that they didn't send tracking information. That's really not all that unusual. So I can't fuss much. I even called them to try to find out about some shocks I am looking at for my truck. They were very helpful and took their time trying to find what I wanted. These guys might not be perfect, but I am willing to give them another shot.

"I ordered the Smittybilt bikini top, tonneau cover and wind breaker. Placed order on a Friday and received it on a Wednesday. Now granted, this wasn't an oversized item so I'm a bit wary of ordering the side armor for my Jeep from them after reading other reviews. I will post another review if I decide to pull the trigger but for now I'll have to say I'm pleased with their service...this time!"

"I called 4wheelonline the morning that I wanted to order my Valant CAI for my 2012 Toyota Tundra to make sure they had it in stock. He said he had 2 left in stock and it could be here in a few days. I ordered my CAI 16 days ago and still haven't received it. i filed a tracking order for it 3 days ago and haven't received that either. I'm very disappointed and angry at this service. Don't fall into the same trap I did."

"BEWARE of 4WheelOnline…They deal in blemished, customer returned items. I purchased N-fab rock rails from 4wheelonline.com on 8-14-12. I was charged $405.53. I received the rails on 8-17-12 and noticed the package was already opened and re-taped. When I opened the packaged one of the rails was out of the bubble wrap and had a scratch on it. When I tried to install the rail on my JK the bolt holes would not line up. I compared the two rails and the defective rail was ¼” shorter than the other. I then realized that the reason the rail was out of the bubble wrap and the package opened was that it was a customer returned item and they just resold the defective set of rock rails to me.
On 8-20-12 I called 4wheelonline.com and requested to return the rails for a refund at which time I was required to agree to their return policy which basically says I will accept any decision made by 4wheelonline. I did manage to get a return MRA#, at which time they tried to send me a second set of rails and charge my account another $405.00. (Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me)
I sent off the defective rock rails 8-20-12 and the warehouse received them 8-24-12. I was told over the phone it usually takes 7-10 business days to get a refund. On day 10 I called and was told they have no information for me. On the following week I called and was told it may take 3 weeks. When I asked why it takes so long? I was told by 4wheelonline.com “We don’t drop what we are doing just because you want to return something.” My thoughts are, if my money was good and their product was defective, then they should drop what they are doing and make it right.
Now it is 9-18-12, 35 days after my original purchase and I still don’t have my refund. OK, you don’t have to take my word for it, check out the Better Business Bureau of West Florida. I sure wished I had before doing business with 4wheelonline.com.

"BUYER BEWARE!!!! They sent me the wrong product. I still had to pay shipping both ways and a 10% restocking fee. "It's in our policy that you agreed to when you made the purchase." If you are thinking of buying from them even with all the negative feedback they have READ THEIR POLICIES."

"AVOID THEM RUN RUN RUN !!!!!!!!!! 4wheelonline sucks. currently working to get my money back through visa!!!!! Did everything possible to screw me and thier only response was " we can cancel and then charge you restocking and two ways of shipping for a total of $76" Yes I would love to give you money for nothing. Thanks for the horrible service and screwing me out of my money. Now I need to purchase this somewhere else. and it has been over a month trying to get my lift kit from these idiots. STAY AWAY!!!!

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I ordered two seat covers fo rmy new jeep. I live in Alaska and knew that I would not receive the free shipping and I understood that. I received a call saying that shipping would be $50. I told them that was too much and to please cancel my order. They then wanted to charge me 5% for a cancelled order. I wouldn't be cancelling this order if their shipping prices were not ridiculous. I hope they enjoy their $9.47"

"Didn't listen!!! I ordered from 4wheelonline. I read the negative reviews and ordered anyway ( cheap price). Well now I have a negative review. This was my second order from the company. I will never order again, stay away. The shipping policy is ridiculous. Like most Americans I work during the day. You are not allowed by this company to go to your local ups hub and pick up. Not to mention the customer service when I called to resolve the issue. He was rude, unhelpful and even hung up on me! Try at your own risk. You might have had a good experience on your first order like me, but if you have an issue you will wish you went with someone else!!!"
