"I ordered two trailer tires and was not home when fedex tried to deliver. My daughter called and said there was a door tag. I called fedex and ask if my daughter could come pick them up because I would not be back for over a week. Fedex said I had to sign unless the shipper would remove the signature requirement. I ask 4 wheelonline customer service with cc to management to remove the signature requirement so fedex would leave the tires. They said they would not remove the requirement. My daughter took time from work and sat at my house waiting for fedex on the final delivery attempt so the tires would not be sent back. "
"DO NOT ORDER from this outfit. My experience: Placed an order (they had cheapest price). Got an email stating the order could not be processed because of difference between shipping and billing address. They wanted me to change my address on record with my bank. I cancelled the order. A day later the debit showed up on my credit card account. Called them again (BTW be prepared to wait on the line up to 15 min for response) "Oh yes" was the response, "the order has been cancelled but it will take up to a week to process the credit to your bank". This is BS and I believe this company hangs on to your money as long as it can.... Read the other reviews... Overwhelming... DO NOT USE!!!"

Part number on the order was correct, part number and description on the box was correct and matched the order...parts inside the box were wrong and for a short bed. Company won't take them back. "Not sure why all the bad reviews on this merchant. I have made a couple purchses from them with no issues, shipping was pretty fast, I actually had to return an item, fairly expensive item, that I did not need and the RGA was issued and the credit with no hassle, (although I did have to pay a 10% restock chg that I was unaware of). I had questions on one of the products, and recently had question on something else I want to order and while not an immediate reply, always rec'd a reply within 24 hrs. Pricing is very good at this merchant, and some items I have found less than anywhere else on the net. I like this merchant."

"I have ordered from this website twice. The first time I had ordered a front bumper for my 05 Wrangler around christmas of 2011. The only real issue I had was that the tracking numbers they had sent me did not work so I couldn't track my order. Never the less, my bumper came in without a problem. Since the prices were so good, my girlfriend gave me money to order myself a set of rocker guards and a license plate bracket for valentine's day. Using her card I had placed the order. They charged her card twice and it took almost a week and several phone calls to fix that problem. Once fixed I noticed that it has been a little too long for me not to have my order. I called 3 times and everytime I was told that it was on back order and was to be shipped out by the end of that week. Finally, one of the salesman, Shaun, actually seemed to know what he was doing and told me that there was no note of anyone trying to ship the product out on the order. It took me actually going over 4wheelonline.com's head straight to body armor for me to have my order shipped out. I am NEVER ordering from 4wheelonline again and I recommend everyone do the same."

"I ordered a Superchips Cortex from this online site. I failed to read the fine print to learn that you have to sign for delivery of the products ordered. When I called the customer service dept. to request that the signing requirement be lifted, I was told by James, customer service rep., and Jacob, the customer service manager, that they could not/would not help me in lifting the requirement. I was simply told that their policy was that all products shipped required a signature. I tried to explain that like most people, I worked, and that I would not be able to hang around the house waiting for the UPS delivery.
Their answer was to simply drive the 130 mi.+ round trip to pick up the item (a Christmas gift) at the "local" UPS hub. When I explained that this would not be possible, they said that the delivery would be attempted two more times (knowing already that I would not be present to sign for said item). When asked what would happen after the third attempt, they responded that the item would be returned to them and that I would subsequently be charged a 25% restocking fee. (The requirement is supposedly for my "protection", but what about my convenience? I should have just bought the thing at Auto Zone!)
I would have thought that since I was speaking to someone who was also "at work" during business hours that they could understand my situation. I WAS WRONG. I will never...infinity...order another product from this business, and would encourage all to do the same."

"I placed an order on 12-3-11 and part of my order arrived on 12-6-11. However I never received an email with any tracking information. I had to contact the company and was on hold 30 minutes to find out the other item would be delivered in 2 days. The items I purchased are xmas presents for my husband and the 1st package came in the original packaging from RECON and the package had to be signed for. Needless to say my husband had to sign for the package and now the surprise is NO MORE! I have never received a package from any merchant online that did not have the item in an additional box or at least wrapped in brown paper. When I placed this order, NO WHERE on the website does it state that packages come directly from the manufacterer like this. I have ordered items from RECON and the place there packages in boxes to be shipped.
DO NOT order any kind of gift and have it sent to your home if its for someone in your home. I called the company and spoke to a manager MATT..he was no help. I just wanted to return the item and not pay restockin fee. They would not!

"I bought a replacement soft top for my 05 Jeep Wrangler. There wasn't any communication that my order was received and after a couple of days I was a little worried. I searched and for this review site. After reading the reviews I wrote it off as lost money. The next day my top arrived and then I got an email confirming delivery. The price was by far cheaper than anyone else. The communication could have been better, but overall the product is great and I will shop here again! Free shipping is always awesome too!"
"I ordered a suspension lift for my 05 Excursion. Items arrived 6 days after order was placed, exactly as described. Shipping company was great and worked with me on delivery time.Would order again in a heartbeat. Keep in mind that those who are miffed are more likely to take the time to post something than those of us who are happy with our orders.
