"I placed an order and the email receipt said the product would ship directly to me from the manufacturer. I was given a tracking number which shows it was delivered to Compton (4WP warehouse I assume) last week instead of shipping to me. I have called the given contact number 3 times now and have not gotten anyone to answer any time, and have sat on hold well over 30 minutes each time. Also reached out via email and have not gotten a response. "

"Cannot get in contact with customer service with order issues. Calling & email with no replies, their website states parts will fit that do not and now I am stuck with the parts and out the money because they will not reply. "

I tried calling to get more details, but after being on hold for two hours. Yes two hours I told them to just cancel the order. I can’t do business with people like that."
