I got sent to 4 different numbers to talk to someone about my orders and when I eventually got a person they told me both were shipping from manufacturer. Also, phone lines were horribly busy with 45+ people waiting for an entire week no matter the time of day.

Neither person for either item I spoke to apologized they immediately just offered to cancel my order. So now I had lost 3-4 days I could’ve purchased from another vendor for the item and maybe even would’ve received it. "
