"All good till you receive broken/damage item. Customer service is useless. I got my package quickly, but unfortunately it arrived damage. Not during transportation, but factory defect. Send two RMA request via email and spend over an hour on the phone before my call was answered. I was asked to send the pictures and I did send them right away once I have the person on the phone. I was told that they didn't received the pictures yet, but as soon as they get they will take care of me......... It's already 2 days and nothing. Thank you"

"Of course doing your research on quality lights (fog lights in this case) can be tedious. I was able to find some direct fit OEM replacement LED fog lights to enhance my lighting. 4WP had what I needed, but things got tricky after placing my order. I order on 1/1/23, where the website stated that there were (4) left in stock. It took all of 3 weeks to even receive a follow up email with regards to my purchased fog lights. I continuously called the shop and spoke with "ADAM," who was super helpful and provided great customer service via phone calls. I was finally able to pick up my fog lights on 1/25/23 and had them installed immediately. The wait was treacherous, but I am very satisfied with my purchase!"
