"Memory is junk went out in two days very very bad company to go threw "
"I shopped around online and even called several other companies trying to find someone who would help me find Ram for my no name PC and 4allmemory is the only company that was willing to take the time to help me. In fact they got me the right ram and it was delivered for free in just 4 days. It is nice to know that there are still comapnies that will go the extra mile to help you. Good job guys."
"I ordered memory a an older laptop after calling and speaking with an agent, who assured me the memory would work. I did receive quickly but it did not work. I rec received a AMR(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. I returned the item the next day with a tracking number through USPS. Now 3 weeks later they are claiming they never received the returned item. And sorry, no refund until they do. I have proof from USPS that they did receive it!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...UNLESS YOU 1000% SURE THE ITEM YOU ARE ORDERING WILL WORK FOR YOU! I HAVE A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND THEY STILL DENY THEY RECEIVED!
STAY AWAY!
STAY AWAY!
STAY AWAY!
UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND BEING SCREWED!"
"I am very dissapointed in 4All Memory. I have done business with them in the past, but will not be doing business with them in the future
I Placed my order (#841509) with them on February 15 2010 and received a confirmation by email with my order confirmation number. When I did not receive my purchase after a week, I went to log on to their site to check the status of my order. When I went to log in, I was told that my email address was invalid. after unsuccessfully trying to log in, I called the toll free number and could not get through. I sent them two emails regarding my purchase, asking for resolution and did not receive a response to either one of them -I still have not received my purchase either. They have, however made sure to charge my credit card for the amount of the purchase. I have since contacted my credit card company about this matter.
This is no way do treat a returning customer. I will not recommend this company to anyone."
"At least most of the people here have gotten a response from their complaints. I submitted a request on 1/25/10 stating that when I installed the memory sticks I received errors. After changing out RAM and researching the error, I found that one stick of RAM was defective.
I sent a request for replacement via the website and about 5 hrs later rec'd a response from Amy W. asking which computer it was for since I had ordered for 2 computers on the same invoice. ($359.96 total invoice)
I responded to Amy within 10 minutes and that was the last I've heard from them. That was on 1/25/2010. I sent a request for an updated status on 2/1 and received no response. On 2/8, I sent an email to ****@**** and so far, still no response.
I have done business with this company 2 or 3 times in the past and I guess I was fortunate to get good products and good service. I've recommended the company to friends and even an associate at Best Buy, but those days are gone. I won't make this mistake again.
What seems amazing to me is that they can find the time to respond to these reviews and not to the emails I've sent directly to the company. If I ran my business the way I've been treated this time, I wouldn't stay in business long.
***** Response to 4allmemory.com's reply *****
You asked why I didn't call call you....why do you have a link for returns on your website if you don't want people to use it? I work 75-90 hours a week and don't generally have time to spend on the phone during regular business hours waiting for my issue to be researched when email should suffice. I find it odd that none of the emails I've sent have come back and none of the 75 or so emails I write and receive a day are having any problems being delivered.
If you would like to research the issue and call me, you can reach me (LaWanda) at the phone number shown on my account or you may again email me. The stick of RAM that is defective is for the Dell.
I would love to get this resolved and at that point would be happy to submit a new/better rating and edit this review to give you credit for taking care of the issue.
Thank you.

***** Response to 4allmemory.com's UPDATED reply *****
Dina P. did call me this morning and I now have an RMA #. I will be mailing the RAM back today. She was friendly and helpful.
As soon as I have rec'd the new RAM in working condition, I will again upgrade the rating.
Thank you, Dina, for calling me to resolve this issue.

***** UPDATE 2/23/10 ******
I rec'd an email today stating that 4AllMemory.com had rec'd my RAM and a replacement was being shipped.
Thanks 4ALLMEMORY.com !
***** UPDATE 3/3/10 ******
At last! :) The RAM came in the mail yesterday afternoon. Plugged it in, turned it on and we're up and running.
It took some time, but they made it right.
Thanks again, Dina, for the help. As promised, I will change the rating for your efforts. :)

"4AllMemory is a ripoff.
I found their site which looked great. I ordered the memory that they told me (over the phone) would be correct. It wasn't. They told me I have to pay to ship it back in order to get a replacement. So much for their "guarantee". In other words, why should I have to shell out more money because of their mistake? I won't use them again. This is outrageous.
UPDATE 2/25/2010
To be fair, 4allmemory promptly sent the correct memory modules and credited my account for the one that I had to send back. I'm not as upset as before, but I still think they should post their return policy on the same page and in plain view. How many people actually click on "Terms" and have time to read all the legal stuff? My guess is most, like me, have confidence in the big printed word, "GUARANTEED"."
"I would caution any potential buyers before purchasing from this company. I purchased memory in March of 2009. One of the modules failed, and called for a warranty replacement. I was greeted by Dan S. who was very professional and setup the RMA and told me the replacement would be sent out USPS. I informed Dan I needed the memory sooner, so he setup an Advanced Exchange where I would purchase a new module and they would credit me when the defective one was received. Boy, I thought this very easy. Mistake #1.
Now the fun part, the next day (Wednesday) arrived, no memory. OK, maybe there was a delay. Thursday arrives FedEx and UPS arrive, no memory. I called back and got, who else, Dan S. Dan S. put me on hold for several minutes while he "researched this". He came back to announce that he is sorry for the problem that it was a FedEx issue and apologized on "FedEx's behalf for the mix up". He said another FedEx tracking number would be emailed to me. Huh??? If it shipped, why another number? OK, I bought it. Mistake #2.
Friday showed up, no tracking number email, no memory. I called back, got a lady this time. She also put me on hold to "research this". After several minutes she got back on the phone to inform me that the replacement module hadn't even shipped! They were quickly generous to refund my 14.95 overnight shipping costs (hell, at this point USPS would have been faster), but that doesn't help me when I have a production machine that is now running on 512MB instead of 1.5GB.
Also, if it hadn't shipped, does that mean that Dan S. lied? After reviewing some of the other posts here, I'd say that was the case.
Stay away from this company. Let's see how long it takes to get the 14.95 shipping credit and the credit for the defective memory. I have a suspicion I'll be posting again."
"I saw a few negative reviews but positive ones too, so I tried them out. What attracted me to this company was that I could plug in exactly the model computer I had and it would take me to the correct memory. I have a very unusual motherboard and I have tried THREE other places including newegg.com and both of them did not give me the proper low density memory that my motherboard required. I was surprised to find that my motherboard even existed in their database and more pleasantly surprised to find out that it was the correct memory when it arrived and I plugged it in. Thank you for the fast shipping, low price, and most of all making sure it was the correct memory for my board."
"I wouldn't buy anything at this site again. They sold me a harddrive that was recommended for my computer by their website. It was the wrong one. After I purchased it I called and the person I talked to, Andy, insisted it was the right one. He didn't know what he was talking about. I sent a fax with a photo to show the different size of the drives. I also faxed a copy of the webpage on their site that recommended this HD for my X40. Dan S. sent me an email and told me I had searched for the particular HD on Google and knew what I wanted and their website HAD NOT referred me to that HD. In essence he was telling me I was lying. Then I called and talked to Dan S.and he finally admitted that there was an error on the website and they had corrected it. He was not going to admit the error, until I kept pressing him about my copy of his webpage on 7/5/09. So he was lying. Because I placed the order on 7/13, after the correction 7/06, he said it was no longer an error and I had to find the harddrive by another search at their website to order it. I told him I ordered based on their recommendation on 7/05. I didn't question whether it was the correct HD since it was recommended on their site. Most of the sites like these have search engines to match up computers with components. I told him consumers make purchases based on the expertise of the seller. After admitting the error on their website he fell back on the "you can send it back but we are going to charge you 20% restocking fee anyway" even though they made the mistake. His reasoning was that he couldn't sell the returned HD as new since I had opened it. I told him I wouldn't bother to send it back since I had already paid for expedited shipping and would have to pay shipping again and also be docked 20% off my purchase price. I also bought the Apricorn software to clone the new harddrive to my old harddrive and I am also the proud owner of that without a harddrive to clone. All in all these people don't care to make good on their mistakes. They make their mistakes your mistakes. As far as experts go on Hard drive upgrades they don't know much. Beware I had to send a picture to prove my point. And he lied to me until I kept pressing him for an answer."
"Thought they were great when I found their site. Placed my order on Thursday Dec 18. Paid extra for "express shipping" two days so I would have it for my son's computer on X-mas. Monday, Dec 22, nothing. Called. Gave me some lame excuse that they sent an email that an item was back ordered. An email I never received, and they can't provide me a "property" to show it was sent. But now the item is in and I would get deliver on Friday. Day after Christmas. But funny, the website still advertised get it by X-mas Eve with Express shipping today. Not me? No refund of my shipping cost. Hell it should have shipped and I should have had it by X-mas. Now I won't. They should have sent it overnight at their expense for their screw up. Will I do business again. No. I'll shop elsewhere. If I were you, do the same. They take you for extra shipping you pay, and you'll get scammed with regular shipping.
Go elsewhere my friends. Plenty of other companies will do right when they make a mistake. They are the ones you want to do business with, not these clowns.

"I have a Powermac Dual 867MHz computer and for the longest time I had thought about adding some memory to make it a little faster.I found this great company 4allmemory online and decided to take the plunge. I had always thought that installing memory was a difficult and complicated task, so I was surprised how simple it really was thanks to 4allmemory's easy step by step instructions. I purchased a 512MB upgrade and installed it in 5 minutes, and to my surprise.....my computer was much faster.I was so impressed by 4allmemory's help and guidance that I turned around and bought another 512MB's.Their memory is 100% guaranteed to work with your computer and with their easy to follow memory finding system.....it was a NO BRAINER !!! Thank you 4allmemory for making this a great experience.

"When I purchased my Dell Dimension 4600 in 2003 it was top of the line with 256MB.
Over the years it began to slow down considerably.
I bought an external hard drive, which only helped a little
I wasted alot of money the past 2 years subscribing to registry cleaner programs. Which on occasion wiped out Registy keys that were needed, causing more problems. Still no significant improvement
I was seriously considering purchasing a new PC.
Out of deperation I decided to try and add more memory.
The staff at 4 All Memory were helpful with my questions concerning ease of installation. I went online and placed my order
My order was shipped on a Wed. & I received it on Fri. Very fast for "snail mail" considering it shipped from Missouri to Pennsylvania
Immediately installed it and now my Dell is better than new.
In the very near future I will be placing another order with 4 ALL MEMORY to upgrade my wife's laptop.
You were great to deal with

"This company has the most user friendly website that I have ever seen. I don't know very much at all about computers but I found out that I didn't have enough RAM. With the tool on their website they told me what kind of hard drive I had and then it listed the RAM modules that were compatible with my computer.
I ordered the 1GB RAM module and installed it myself. I can't believe it was so easy! I would not even have been able to buy a RAM module without their website that showed exactly what I needed to be compatible with my system. Shipping was very prompt--I ordered last Thursday and it was here yesterday (Monday). The price for the 1GB was exactly the same as the price for a 512MB at Staples. Not only am I pleased with the company, website, and service but also very pleased with their price.
