"The laptop power adapter (for a Toshiba Satellite) I ordered from 4-All-Memory was defective and didn't work. The customer service rep I called was rude and condescending, and he blamed the laptop for the adapter not working. Furthermore, he refused to refund the $8.95 shipping cost in the return, despite the fact that the adapter did work as it was supposed to. Terrible service, non-functional product. Do not shop here."

"I ordered a memory module for my old IBM laptop. Few days later, I received it from USPS. The module was not working but after making a phone call, I was answered by a very professional customer service rep. He immediately said he would ship the replacement right away and a return label for me to send it back. Four days later, I got the replacement module with the returned label.
I wish they hadn't sent me a bad one in the first place, but I am very pleased with the customer service.

"I placed an order 4 days ago. Up to this moment, received no information other than order confirmation. When I called them today (Friday, around 2:30ET) the message says "I am calling past normal business hours", and then says that the business hours Friday are 7am to 8pm. Funny, isn't it? It's impossible to reach anybody there over the phone.
P.S. Update: I received my order a week after it was ordered (on time) and it all worked ok. Still, I don't understand why the phone support was not available on Friday during normal business hours. "
"I recently ordered 2GB of exotic DDR2 667 ECC memory for my new Mac Pro. This memory is hard to get and is a lot more expensive than regular memory.
4AllMemory had the best price I found, they delivered the memory 2 days later with no shipping cost. It was good Wintec FB-DIMM memory that has worked perfectly for me.

"I am just verifying what many have already posted here. This is a top rate site that does business very well. I was going to order online but I called in to make sure the company was reputable by asking some questions. I tried to ask basic questions that might upset vendors with poor customer service such as there return policies and so forth. I came away from this convo so impressed I ordered right then.

"These guys provide outstanding customer service and have very fair return/replacement policies.
When my order was lost in the mail, they immediately sent a replacement memory card by Fedex at no extra charge to me.
That order arrived a few days ago, but the memory card was not functioning. I just spoke with their customer support representative who was once again very helpful and is going to send me a replacement card today.
There is such a wide range in the quality of customer service when you buy online. There is always a risk that a company will not back there product or make it difficult to remediate a problem with your order.
So far, the folks at 4allmemory have been great. Good service makes all the difference, and makes purchasing online less problematic and less risky."
