I recently ordered some memory from a store on eBay and gave them all the information I could possibly give them about my laptop. They sent me 2 memory modules that they said were SURE to work with my computer. Well, they didn't work and I sent them back which was a real hassle as they gave me a big song and dance about "data rate transfer" and "density" issues, blah, blah, blah. So they sent me two more modules that they said were SURE to work because they said they knew what they were talking about and I didn't. Well, they didn't work either and I sent the modules back.
So I contacted 4allMemory, with whom I had dealt before and gave them the same info about my computer and ordered what they said was SURE to work in my computer, ran an online system compatibility check and asked a service rep, Dion P. some questions. Within 4 days I received the memory modules in the mail, put them in my laptop and they worked PERFECTLY!
Many thanks and much praise goes out to 4allMemory and especially to customer service representative Dion P. for getting me the correct product for my system. The modules worked flawlessly from the beginning and now my laptop is up to its maximum MB in RAM thanks to 4allMemory.
I am very impressed and very happy to have dealt with 4allMemory and wish I had gone to them in the first place which would have saved me much time, money and aggravation. I would recommend anybody with RAM issues to go to 4allMemory. You will be treated with respect, courtesy, knowledge and overall helpfulness. It's incredible the difference in service I got from 4allMemory compared to the other company, which I would like to name but I won't because what I have to say about them would not be nice.

"I spent an hour on the phone with my computer company's manufacturer the other day, (a large, well-know company) trying to find the best memory upgrades for my two computers, the whole time being transferred from one customer rep to another. They never were able to find more than a 512 memory upgrade for me, and couldn't even tell me what to look for elsewhere. They simply didn't know. They just made me feel like I was asking really difficult questions.
