Great service and products

"Richard Valdez provided amazing service. We bought 4 seatcraft templar chairs - and then decided to get a 5th chair based on the quality and service and competitive price. They are easy to work with and he is very knowledgable, fair and patient. There were some minor issues that he resolved. I'd recommend them. Also, the showroom in San Antonio is worth the drive to check the items out."

Misleading ship times, incentives for positive reviews

Ordered a very nice leather sofa with all the bells and whistles on March 8th, shipping time was 6 weeks but I figured worth the wait. I called to confirm shipping on the estimated ship date, 4/19 and was told the ship date had been changed to JUNE 11th, WHAT?!! They couldn't answer why and had never bothered to update me on the delay. Even though their website said ship time on the sofa was 6 to 7 weeks that was just not true, it's going to be 13 weeks.
Update.
4seating contacted me about this review and offered a credit if I would change it to a positive, I emailed them back to clarify credit/partial refund, that was 3 days ago and I have not received a reply. I know 4seating has many good reviews but that just hasn't been my experience, it brings to question if they're offering incentives for all the positive reviews.
BUYER BEWARE - they are also affiliated with Theatreseat and Stargate Cinema...same parent company and service.
Update:
Delayed AGAIN. Never called to let me know, I found out when I called to confirm.

Thieves. Liars

"Extremely rude customer service from managers and employees. Bunch of liars during every single phone call. They say my orders have shipped and a few days later another person says it will ship in 3 weeks then 3 weeks later another person says its on back order for 2.5 months. Frustrating experience. Also my 2 credit cards were mis used by their employees at 2 different times. If they get a credit card info, they use it right away to buy random things like cell phones, games etc for their personal needs. Still always a run around from them and im told a different story from each employee. I would never spit in the direction of 4seating. They say thousands of selections in stock and shipps in 24 hrs. RUBBISH!!! They don't have jack in their stock and they take months to ship something out. If u ever get it, its the wrong order. Too many negatives to list. STAY AWAY"
