I can also say the product was packaged very well and arrived quickly. It comes as individual chairs so easy to get it down to your man-cave. It was the final piece that completed my theater experience if your on the fence just order it and you will be glad you did. "

"We purchased the c9 configuration of the Grenada Niagara Black 7000 Leather with Power Recliners. First, let me say, the quality is awesome and the leather is soft but sturdy. The seats are supportive but very plush, lumbar support is excellent even while reclining. I was, of course, concerned since I couldn't try them before buying but that was quickly put to rest after sitting in the first one I assembled, far better than I imagined. The power reclining is a must-have and functions brilliantly. Shipping was fast since it was an in-stock item. I opted for curbside, next time I will be doing the white glove because these things are heavy (good for quality, bad for my back). The ambient lighting is great, a little bright but great. Zero complaints with these, 10/10.
After receiving the seats we discovered a manufacturing issue a few days after receipt, my immediate fears were that I would be stuck in an endless customer service loop waiting forever to have my issue rectified. HOWEVER this concern proved unfounded, 4Seating went above and beyond to rectify my issue and had a replacement shipped out the 2 days after contacting them. A product can be great but without excellent customer service it doesn't mean much, 4Seating has the excellent service to match their excellent products - and that makes all the difference to me. "
"I have thoroughly enjoyed my theater seating that I purchased from 4seating.com. However, one of my seats was coming undone at the seams and the one-year warranty had passed. I had purchased the extended warranty but that would actually not cover a tear at the seams. After speaking with Angela in Customer Service, she was so kind to send the photos of the tears to her manager and her manager agreed to replace my seats at no charge! Amazing customer service I could not be happier! The seats were a big investment but knowing the kind of service I received from 4seating.com, I will order from them again and would recommend them to anyone!"
