"We have only had two small issues in the three years we've owned the chairs. The first issue was fixed by tightening some screws on one of the chairs and the second will be fixed when we receive our free replacement part (parachute handle) on the love seat recliner that has worn over the years. Also we continue to get frequent compliments on our chairs by visitors."

So why am I writing this 2 years later? Well, SOMEBODY (yet to be identified) in our home broke the hinges on a swing down table on the sofa. Since the couch was clearly out of warranty at this point and the issue was caused by our own fault obviously we simply inquired as to how to purchase the replacement hinges. Richard Valdez from 4seating got back to us right away and sent out the hinges free of charge! WOW! How great is that?!?! Granted it is a super cheap part Im sure........ it is still great to work with a company who will go above an beyond their obligations to keep customers happy. I would have been happy regardless but with service like this it really made my day!

"I had an issue with the Heritage Exposition Brown Leather 7000 Power Row of 3 Sofa w/ Middle Drop Down Table around 3 months after receiving it. I called customer service and described the issue with the sofa. I spoke with Anna Hernandez and then Richard Sanchez concerning the issue and was asked to send photos and a video of the issue with the arm rest on the sofa. Within a week of sending the requested pics and video to Richard, I was informed that I would be receiving a replacement sofa for the defective one. I received the replacement within 2 weeks of the resolution to my issue. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and the replacement sofa that was sent. I would give six stars for the speed with which my issue was resolved. I highly recommend 4Seating .com to anyone looking for a good quality theater seating solution.
