Called up the Cust care - and the agent repeated the same line 10 times not knowing what exactly is the fault in order ! is it the payment , the identity , the address or what !?!

Would not recommend ever, DO NOT loose time if you are on a course and need something .

"I’ve been using the competition (bb.com) for years but a friend mentioned A1. Thought I’d give them a try. This 3rd time I decided to give their pre-workout a try (I cycle through different pre workouts) but upon arrival I noticed the amount was less than half the container size. I sent an email to their customer service asking if this can be made right. I was told:

“Thanks for reaching out Wien. We did not ship you half of a container. Think of it as cereal or a bag of chips. Those products also say that the product may settle during shipment and that it is by weight, not volume. We did not send you a half empty container. The amount of the powder has settled and most powders do not fill a container entirely, no matter what the product is.

Seriously?!? I’ve never seen a bag of cereal offer me less than half a bag of content. At the very least do not feed me the bull of “it’s not half” as if my eyes are lying to me. I will never purchase from them again and will be telling my buddies not to either. "
