"The first order was for Norton Systemworks 2002...They sent 2001. After several emails and calls I returned the software. I then received 2002...both times disc was in envelope with no package or materials. I was supposed to receive a large rebate....they said no that this was an OEM version, they gave me $10 plus my shipping after a lot of complaining.

I ordered a printer, they sent a different model without asking. I kept it figuring I getting out with my skin! Never again!!!!

"I can't believe I actualy bought ANYTHING from these guys. The horror stories I'm seeing on this web sight made me IMMEDIATELY contact my credit card company and file a dispute ( something I've never had to do. I ordered a 20/40 GB backup drive from these guys on tuesday august 27th. Since time was of the essence, I ordered it to ship overnight and paid the $30.00. On Thursday I still hadn't recieved the drive and so I put in a call to there customer service line. The answer I got was that it would ship on Fri, which made no sense to me because SUPPOSEDLY the item was in stock. On Wednesday the 4th ( today) I put a call in to them and they told me that the item was out of stock and that they were not going to get anymore in. They told me the web site hadn't been updated.. apparently, neither had there phone rep..who obviously lied to me. They apologized and offered to credit my card, but based on the comments here, and the level of customer service so far, I'm not even going to give them the benefit of the doubt. I'm filing a complaint with my credit card company today and I will NEVER do business with this company again."

"I spent $1170 to much with this company. I ordered everything I needed to build my new pc. This included a retail athlon 2200, abit kx7-333R motherboard, thermaltake dragon orb, and a Maxtor 60 GB hd, alond with other components. When I recieved my package I was short the Athlon 2200 & MAxtor HD. The dragon orb was missing as well. They sent me the wrong cpu cooler. They sent a coolermaster. I called the company to get this straitned out. I was told that my Athlon which was listed as in stock on the website was backordered till the end of the month. So I decided to go with OEM. I had to argue with them to charge me for the oem processor which was $20 cheaper. 5 days later I recieved my processor and HD and a replacement cooler, which still wasn't the one I ordered. After this I learned that they'd sent me a dead motherboard!!! On July 20th I sent in the motherboard and heatsink in for a refund. I decided to purchase these items from a local store. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting on the refund. After trying to settle the issue I was treated horribly by every staff member. I would call and explain my situation and they would say, "Sir, I don't want to discuss this with you at this time!" and then hang up. I will never do business with this company again. They are horrible and care nothing for their customers."

"Bought a new DVD+RW from them (hp dvd100i), with 1 year HP warranty. What a mess. Unit is obviously used, as it has scratches all over it (like from wher it slides over holding rails), the warranty sticker is broken and the unit has been opened, HP will not honour a product's warranty because of that. Oh yes... and the unit won't even POWER ON. Will not answer emails, will not connect my phone calls to a manager, and they expect ME to pay for shipping the unit to me and back to them. For what?! For $5 worth of plastic and metal that won't even power up. I will never do business with these people again, as it sure does seem they are completely inept when it comes to doing said business with their victims. Errr, I mean, "customers." Pay more elsewhere, BELIEVE ME."

"Bought a ATI Radeon 7500 OEM card. Now, on their webpage they are showing a part/manufacturer's number that starts with 100. A search on ATI's webpage shows that cards with a manuf. number that starts with 100 is a BUILT by ATI OEM card.

Got the product and was totally dissapointed. It turned out they were selling a Sapphire 7500 card. The buying public, unaware, are misled by A2Z's selling practices. Misrepresentation and lying are probably the norm for this computer store. I returned the card right away.

So please do yourself a favor: their prices may be low but are you willing to deal with a crook?

"I purchased a custom AMD Athlon system for work. The delivery was very fast, but the speakers were not included, so I had to call about them. I ordered a video card and monitor with DVI, but it turns out that the card and monitor I ordered are not entirely compatible. I was unable to reach customer service; I received no response to my email, and the phone continually rerouted me to the start menu. I was transferred to tech support once, which was anything but supportive. I was told to talk to the manufacturers of the monitor and video card, as well as my own tech support group at work. When I stated that I had already spoken with all of them, I was given no more support by A2Z. I was only told that there would be a 15% restocking fee if I wanted to replace anything (the web site states in bold print that there is no restocking fee). Bottom line: Don't do business with A2Z."

"1. Ordered Intel D850MV-SE motherboard, and received _broken_ D850MV (non-SE) version instead.

2. Ordered Cannon S9000 printer, received S900 instead, but was charged the extra $150 for the 9000 version.

Called to obtain exchanges, all calls ignored. All e-mail ignored.

PRODUCT SWITCHING IS ILLEGAL. This is the sleaziest company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I hope they lose their license and are closed for all of the fraud they have perpetrated. I am hardly alone here -- of the 100 ratings about 90 of them range from negative to extremely negative.

Do not trust this criminal outfit!
