"There are many many reviews that explain how often ABC (also known as CARDCASH) sells worthless gift cards. I bought from them and didn't have a problem until buying a Lowes merchandise credit. Their shipping is very slow in general so the Lowes card arrived after I had already purchaed what I needed at full price. I saved it. When I went to spend it, I was told it had been used at store 1802, THREE MONTHS BEFORE It was SOLD TO ME (spent October 2015, bought from ABC in January 2016). Nice. I contacted the company & was told their 45 guarantee is stated clearly on their website, they have millions of gift cards so...tough. Nice. Thanks for passing your losses on to the customer. Also stated clearly on their website is how they have 3 layers of fraud protection which is obviously bull. So, in one transaction, all the money I have ever saved buying discount cards was stolen by ABC/CARDCASH. It is not worth ever doing business with them again. You have been warned."
"Beware of the fine print on purchases from ABC Gift Cards and Card Cash, the same company. After 45 days they will not refund even fraudulent gift card. I purchased a $50 Taco Bell gift card from ABC Gift Cards. I now have learned Taco Bell does not sell a $50 gift card. Further Taco Bell only recognizes gift cards sold by Taco Bell or Authorized Resellers like Wal-Mart. I made a $2 purchase with my Taco Bell card which to my knowledge went through fine. Unknown to me, Taco Bell immediately cancelled the card. I did not attempt to make another purchase until about a month later which was beyond the 45 day limit. At that time the Taco Bell cashier told me the gift card had been cancelled and had a zero balance. ABC Gift Card has refused to make good on this fraudulent card. They currently have 94 of these cards listed many if not all of which are fraudulent. They have refused to remove them from their listings."
"Ordered a Red Robin gift card. Got it in my email 5 minutes later which was awesome since I needed it for today paid $18 for a $20 dollar giftcard. Awesome because my total came to $16 and I was able to use the rest on tip. So thanks for saving me the few bucks. I was skeptical when i first got the giftcard on my email but i went to the red robin check balance website and entered the card number in and that as well confirmed it had $20 on it. Overall I would buy from them again. Thanks for the savings!"
"Just made my first purchase from ABC cards for an Outback gift card. I received a Carrabbas card which is part of the Boomin Brands chain. I got the card within the week. Great since we planned to give as a b-day gift. I have heard stories so I checked the value/ balance on-line and when I got a ZERO balance I called the Carrabbas phone line. Also ZERO balance. THIS blows. they want a week to refund. Not there is not enough time to buy another and they want a week. A WEEK???? I found Zero balance in less the 5 minutes. Very bad quality control. And of course THEY are closed on the weekend"
"ABC Gift Card is a complete rip-off. ABC Gift Card sold me a $200 Olive Garden Gift Card for $161.
When I got to Olive Garden to use the Gift Card, Olive Garden informed me the card had been cancelled the month before I bought it from ABC Gift Card. It was an extremely embarrassing situation when the card was rejected in front of 6 people I had taken to dinner. I had to pay cash for the dinner. I will never use ABC Gift Card again.
If you do not want this type of embarrassment, do no buy from ABC Gift Card.You will be very disappointed when it is time to use your gift card."
"I CHECKED THE BALANCE ON MY PANERA GIFT CARD (at https://www.paneracards.com/checkbalance.aspx) SOON AFTER I RECEIVED IT FROM ABC GIFT CARDS, AND CONFIRMED THAT ITS VALUE WAS $90.94. HOWEVER, WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT FOR THE FIRST TIME (AFTER ABOUT 1.5 MONTHS), THE CASHIER AT THE PANERA IN RESTON, VA SAID ITS BALANCE WAS ZERO. (THIS MADE ME ANGRY & FRUSTRATED!)

"Ditto on the Failing to deliver on the part of ABC Gift Cards/Cardcash.com. They sold me two gift certificates that ended up having a zero balance on them and would not reimburse me for them. Do Not - Do Not take a chance buying from them. They are the worst reseller of them all. I will never buy from them again and will be sharing this experience widely between friends, family and the internet generally. "

"I tried them three times and only one out of the three purchases I have made worked. I will never use them again. I purchased seven $100 gift cards for Dunhams sporting goods all seven of the cards had zero balances on them. They said their "team" would file a claim and look into it , it did not sound legitimate so I reversed the charge on my credit card. I had purchased a different gift card the same day and when it arrived I checked the balance and it was unable to give me the balance over the phone. I do not trust this site anymore."

"I bought 4 Pier 1 gift cards (total amount paid $641.56). Per the "tracking number" they provided it said that it was delivered 12/9/15. But when I came back from vacation there was nothing in my mailbox. I emailed them requesting that they honor their "45 day guarantee," and when I finally heard back from them (2 weeks later), they said that there's nothing they can do. These people are a bunch of thieves! Pleaseeeee do NOT trust them. Dishonest and worst customer service ever. "
