"I purchased over $600 worth of home depot gift cards today at a 9.3% discount. I cannot speak for others experiences but it worked OK for me. My advice is you are ordering gift cards to use them as soon as possible. I think you are more likely to have problems if you delay."
"I have purchased 2 different ecards from their company at different times. Both times the giftcards were bad/invalid and could not be used. While the delivery time is great, that does no good if they are selling bad cards. They were easy to deal with to give refund however that still took a couple of days. As I had tried them the second time to see if it was a fluke, I found out the hard way that they do not check their items before they list them for sale. Shame on them. Don't waste your time."
"I've been selling and buying gift cards from ABC for 3 years now. I never once had a problem. I actually am having a hard time with another popular gift card company that claims to have such great reviews. I should of just stuck with ABC, lesson learned!! Thanks ABC for always providing me with smooth pleasant transactions. "
"Use your purchased card(s) within their 45 day guarantee or else you're out of luck. I purchase gift cards to have on hand when I need them and often don't use their entire balance within 45 days of purchase. I purchased a $25 Dunkin Donuts card and learned it was deactivated when I tried to use it. I called Dunkin Donuts and they told me it was deactivated because it was a fraudulent card. I had a similar experience with a $25 Subway card I purchased. It also was deactivated due to being fraudulently obtained. I could not get a refund or credit from ABC Gift Cards or their sister company, Card Cash."
"I buy a lot of gift cards from 3rd party sites. The customer service at ABC (also know as Card Cash) is horrible. They initially outsource you to India to a bunch of idiots who can barely mumble and mutter their way through the English language. If you ask for a supervisor you may very well wind up with the self important twit that I had (think they are based in NJ) who was obviously a millennial with too high an opinion of herself. As she attempted to explain why she couldn't help me, she continued to use phrases such as "like, ya know..." so I called her out on her lack of professional speech at which point she like...hung up and me. Like oh my god - ya know - I must have like uhhh triggered her in some way that brought up that time as a kid she didn't get the breakfast cereal she wanted. Won't be dealing with this site ever again and will coninute posting this review to as many other sites as possible. Horrible service!!!"
"On 9/28/16 I sold two giftcards to ABC Giftcards. I sold a $100 Safeway grocery store gift card and a $100 Chipotle giftcard. ABC Giftcards said they will give me $92 for the Safeway gift card and $72 for the Chipotle gift card. In total, I was to receive $164.
The order number for this transaction is #1179191
ABC Giftcards received my gift cards on 10/7/16 and I received the $164 on 10/11/16 without any issues.
The giftcard ID for the Chipotle gift card is 6111223128822090. When you put the Chipotle gift card ID number into Chipotle's gift card balance webpage, it says the gift card started being used on 10/11/16.
The ID number for the Chipotle gift card I sold: 6111223128822090

On 12/1/16, I placed another order with ABC Gift Cards. I wanted to sell another Safeway gift card. This gift card had a balance of $98.30. ABC Gift Cards said that they will pay me $90.44 for the gift card.
The order number for the 12/1/16 transaction is 1204760.
On 12/12/16, ABC Gift Cards received the $98.30 Safeway gift card. On 12/13/16, ABC Giftcards paid me $18.44 instead of the promised $90.44.
When I contacted them several times during the week of 12/13/16, the representatives said that I was paid $18.44 instead of $90.44 because they said Chipotle gift card I previously sent was used. This is impossible on my end because Chipotle.com says the gift card started being used a week after I sent them the gift card.
I asked to speak with the manager on 12/15/16. The representative said that the manager is not taking any calls. I told the representative that I did not care and to transfer me to the manager. The manager's phone immediately went to voicemail. I recalled ABC Giftcards and told them to transfer me again to their manager. Once again, after I was transferred, the manager's phone immediately went to voicemail.
ABC Giftcards is fraudulent. According to other complaints from other gift card sellers, they are known for using the gift cards receive and pretending that the seller used them prior to sending them to ABC Gift Cards.
To resolve this, I would like to receive my full payment amount : $90.44.
Once again, ABC Gift Cards is saying that I used the Chipotle gift card I sold them. This is untrue because:
1. ABC Gift Card received the Chipotle gift card on 10/7/16
2. The Chipotle gift card, according to Chipotle's gift card balance website, started being used on 10/11/16.

"Bought 2 gift cards before reading all the bad reviews. I thought I got lucky when they initially worked but the cards were flagged as fraudulent by the merchant. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE!!"
"Over the past year I have purchased over $1500 in cards from ABC and for the most part I had been satisfied with the cards. Then I purchased 6 Del Frisco gift cards which were $100 cards. When I went to Del Frisco's with another couple our bill was $369. I pulled out 4 cards and none of them were valid. When I contacted ABC I was told that it was over the 45 time limit and nothing could be done. Never again will I get taken for a sucker by them. "
"Took my kids to Dairy Queen with card that was supposed to have $100. It has $0. Two days later, same thing with a Jimmy Johns card.
In both cases, it has been over 45 days and so I'm out of luck. This is a scam. I am going to report them to BBB."
"HEED THESE REVIEWS! HEED THESE REVIEWS!
I am speaking to YOU, curious shopper. PLEASE HEAR THIS WARNING! I'm trying to help you, and yes I am angry about getting ripped off.
I'm a 34 y/o male. I was here on this very website, like you, reading the reviews before deciding to STUPIDLY purchase a gift card through ABCgiftcards / Cardcash.com (the same) .
BIG MISTAKE.
I saw a deal on the site and said.. why the hell not its safe everywhere these days (WRONG).
I did not heed the serious warnings of other people like me who had gotten ripped off by these SCAM artists.
I bought a $200 Buckle electronic gift card from these people for like $168 bucks.
Great Deal right? WRONG
I let the gift card sit in my inbox until a few days ago when I was actually ready to use it (I'm married, with 1 kid.. no time to do anything). I let it sit for a few months (yes people do that), and apparently this went over their 45 day guarantee.
Long story short, went to purchase 5 pairs of jeans and ****! The card had been emptied and my investment was gone!! Up in smoke!! Stolen!!
ABCgiftcards now says sorry there's nothing they can do! AND they won't release the sellers information!! They won't process a refund!! They took my money and delivered nothing!!
I don't say this often.. but TOTAL SCAM!! STAY AWAY!!!
I am a normal dude and I'm telling you these people are HUGE FRAUDSTERS. They are not interested in customer service or helping you if there is a problem. They will cling to their policy agreement while they obstruct the path for you to take any action to rectify the Fraud.
What a total scam!! Terrible Company!!!! Don't take the bait!!
20% OFF MEANS NOTHING WHEN THEY JUST STEAL THE ENTIRE BALANCE FROM YOU."
"I purchased two $50 Subway gift cards. They were declined the first time I tried to used them. The cashier seemed confused, so I thought she just did not know how to process gift cards. Unfortunately, I waited until after the 45 days were up to try them again. That shop said that both cards had a zero balances. I went on-line and registered the cards, and found out that when ABC sold me the cards, they were frozen, and that a few days after the 45 day guarantee period ended, the cards were unfrozen and the money withdrawn. I received no response from an email to ABC customer support. It appears that I was scammed! "
"I bought three $100 gift cards and verified them when I received them. Everything was good. However, I did not have a chance to use them within 45 days. When I did use them in the store, two of them had $0 balance. I used the third one for about $70 and it suddenly had $0 balance. Contacted them multiple times by phone and email, only got one email reply to tell me that "Statistically only a very small percentage of our cards have issues". I must have been on the wrong side of statistics and I could not get my money back or a replace card.
Would you buy anything from a vendor that tells you "Statistically only a very small percentage of our cards have issues" and if you happened to be among that "small percentage", you will lose everything and not get anything back? "
"I told my husband I had to write this review b/c I saw that they had a low review rate and everything about my order went well. I will definitely use them in the future if I have the need for what they have! (This order was for a Noodles & Co gift card)"
"When there is a problem with a gift card you purchase from them all you get is run around and stalling!
"
"I purchased 2 Vera Bradley gift cards for $100 each from ABC Gift Cards/Card Cash and when I went to use them, both were invalid. Fortunately it was within the 45 days so I did receive a refund. I also brought to their attention they still had several other Vera Bradley gift cards for sale that were probably also stolen/counterfeit, who knows? Sure enough within a hours they took those cards down from sale as well. This company either counterfeits gift cards, buys stolen cards or keeps track of the card numbers and empties them out as soon as they are sold. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE."
