"Customer service is horrible. I made a purchase on March 27th and one of the items was damaged in shipping. Finally by May 18th the problem was resolved. So, it took 6 weeks to correct an issue with a damaged product. Not to mention the 2 or 3 hours I spent on the phone multiple times to speak with someone. This is not the exact Order # below, but you have my records, feel free to look it up. Granted the damaged item was not ACWholesalers fault, nevertheless it was the shipper."

"I ordered a Goodman AC unit from them for a very low price. On the website it said the unit was "In Stock" and would be shipped within 3-6 days. after seeing the charge on my account then after 5 days it just vanished. The next day i called customer support they said they were having back order issues and that it will be shipped within 2 days and i would see that charge then. Well nothing happens for a week call back again and get the same thing 2 days it will ship then see the charge. Well low and behold i get it . A week later i got my guy to install the unit and low and behold the unit wasn't charged with nitrogen. After 15 years of installing AC and heating units this is a first well we get customer service on the phone and report it to them. They tell us to try a vacuum test but we didn't want to braise the lines without confirmation that they would take it back if there was a leak. Well we didn't feel comfortable braising the unit and talked to returns department they said its fine and that they would take it back no charge ant that i would get a new unit with nitrogen and receive an email saying with all the details. Well 4 days later no email and so i call returns department again. Now they say that the unit wasn't supposed to have nitrogen and that if i wanted to have the unit replaced i would have to pay for shipping and handling. Forget that. I came to do business in good faith and so far have gotten the run around. I will not be doing business with this company again no with the technician who recommended this site"
