"I placed my order on 4/15/15 and as of 5/14/15 have yet to receive it. Every time I call to check on the status I'm put on hold forever then talk to someone then put back on hold forever then told it's on back order and given a day it will ship but still no sign of it. I've called every week for a month. The ad I saw said 1 to 2 days shipping. I'm trying to sell my home and it doesn't look good right now. It's getting hotter by the day."

"The 4 ton unit has been installed and very pleased so far with it. The only disappointment was that the thermostat wasn't compatible with the multiple stage condenser with used with heat pump. The salesperson recommended this thermostat and conferred multiple times it would work with the unit. Having to ship back. The 2 ton unit appears to be in good shape and having to wait until next week for technical to install. "

"Everything was very good, except I paid extra for a lift gate delivery as I told them it was being delivered to a residential address. The truck that showed up was 43' and the driver had a hand truck to move it with. I think that is more the fault of the truck company though."
