"The packaging was terrible. Two boxes taped together and dented. My water panel filter was damaged by the dented box but I was able to make it work. The filter crumbles when bent like that, so I would expect better packaging. It was a mess. "

"The diffusers I ordered were correct and looked good except two diffusers were deformed on the collar side that was pretty easily straightened since they are plastic. The packaging was not the best with the use of Styro foam peanuts which are terrible and make a mess everywhere. The poor packaging was likely the cause for the deformation. So, I am somewhat satisfied."

"trucking company old dominion gave us a 3 hour window to deliver . why call and waste our time when you are going to deliver when you want anyway outside that time my only complaint"

"I had no problem AC Wholesalers my problem was with the shipper it was stated the AC should be in May the 4th and no later than May 5th. The shipper called the Installer said the AC would not be delivered until 2:00 PM on May the 7th this is not acceptable I was depending on a delivery of no later than May the 5th"

"Sales staff was excellent. Whomever is handling credits however is casting a shadow over everyone else's good efforts. Although I'm told that credits are being processed for over a month, they never seem to actually occur unless several calls are made including by my credit card bank."

That is a rare occurrence and something that shouldn’t happen.
