"I've dealt with this place twice now, both "unsuccessfully". The first time was to order an Audigy2 ZS sound card, but couldn't be processed because ADO was in between CC processors. The guy on the phone explained this (once I was actually able to get a hold of him), but was nice and patient. I cancelled that order rather than wait for the new CC processor.
I've now recently ordered a 9600XT video card, great price. I chose ground shipping since they're in NY. The card was ordered on 6/15, roughly a day later the website updated to state "complete" and provide a link to track my shipment. However, following the links, no tracking information is found (an error page states the either the information is invalid or I did not agree to terms of service). If you poke around the URL to that page, you can find a valid UPS tracking number in the link. I tracked the number on the UPS site to find that this was a valid tracking #, but it's status was simply in "Billing information received" since 6/17. I've called (no answer, no return call), emailed (not even an auto-responder), and now will call my CC company to stop payment. Be wary of these people.
[EDIT] After writing this review, I tried calling again, and this time, got a return call from Oliver roughly an hour later with a tracking #, which was the same as the one in the URL I mentioned above. So, I called back and let him know that the UPS site wasn't showing the item as having shipped. He checked with his warehouse for me, and according to his records it had shipped. He promised to check with his UPS contact to see why the status hadn't updated, and asked me to call back by the end of the day if I hadn't seen the item or the UPS tracking status didn't updated. By 5:15pm, it hadn't, so I called and left a message (they close at 5pm). Late last night, when I was home, I checked UPS again, and UPS then showed the item as having shipped, but as of today (not the original ship date last week). So, either his records were "wrong", or UPS didn't pick it up, or he just shipped another one, I don't know. He did take care of the problem in a day, once I finally got in touch. They also sent me today an email with the same tracking #, let me know the order was updated to UPS 2 day air, and announcing a contest for those who review them on pricewatch and reseller ratings. Heh...
I've adjusted my rating more favorably, as once he was aware of the problem, he did get it taken care of. I hope he gets his act together, as East Coast shippers that have decent prices are hard to find."

"ADO Systems (apperently run by one person: OLIVER) took my bank money order for $350 on 22 May, cashed it and has since failed to send the product, answer my phone calls and email. Mr "Oliver" personally signed the UPS receipt for my money order, then he lied to me on 27 May telling me he would send the merchandise the next day. You can call both AOD numbers and get Oliver's "canned message" reply lie about the bad credit card system. Through 411 I got a number for ADO that I thought would get me through to management ***-***-****); lo and behold: Oliver's canned message was on that too."
"I ordered an Maxtor Hard drive on 5/17 and recieved order confirmation via email. On 5/20 I recieved email from ADOSYSTEM saying "DEAR

On 5/24 I was charged for the said tranaction. I made mutiple calls from 9am-10am EST to ADOSYSTEMS ONLY 866 number and only get an answering machine.
I also noticed other customers on BizRate who have had similar problem and there are complaints with BBB.
UPDATE 5/26: Finally got through on 866 number and spoke with Oliver. He told me that it will take 4-5 business days to get refund and it was a problem with the processing bank who was delaying the funds transfer with ADOSYSTEMS.
I will update this review in a few more days and hopefully with a credit back to my account. Until then BUYER BEWARE!

"I ordered an Abit ic7 max3 motherboard from Adosystems to be the base of my new gaming system. I was very excited to see the price on pricewatch and ordered it right away. 2 days went by and I did not recieve an email with my tracking number, so I called Adosystems toll free number and talked to Oliver. He made me aware of some system problems they were having at the moment and said they would get my order out the next day. To my surprize I did not get an email the next day. I called Oliver again and told him , he said he would take care of it personaly and he'd call me right back...
He called me and gave me my tracking number and upgraded my shipping to nextday air morning delivery with no extra expence to me.
To do buisness with a company that backs what they say with dedication to customer satisfaction is the best advertizement you can ask for. I will tell all my friends and anyone that asks...Adosystems.net is the BEST place I've ever done buisness with. I will be buying more from this company reguardsless of cost difference. Why chance shopping elsewhere when I know Adosystems will bend over backwards to make the customer satisfied!
